This is the second posture support I have purchased, both are the same style of posture support that you wear on the shoulders/back.. I keep one in the car for work or when walking, and one for home. I wear this in the morning for an hour, sometimes two. I might wear during the day when I can feel the slouch in my posture. This has helped my knees, back and neck. Understanding how the Velcro straps work best might take a couple wearings, but you can make this device comfortable to wear. I have owned this style of support for years. It does helped me. Im 58 tall and weigh 183 (ish) and 64 years old. I can make it fit me perfect!

I ordered this Schiara Posture Corrector to help relieve back pain and improve posture. At first, it takes some getting used to since it pulls your shoulders back to help prevent you from hunching over. Once you wear it a few times, you adjust to it and it feels good as it does help to straighten your posture. I can feel it making me walk more upright because I sometimes hunch over and dont realize it. It works well from what I can see. Also, I believe there is a direct relationship between good posture and reduced back pain, another benefit of using this type of brace. I liked this posture corrector so much I ordered a second one after my puppy decided to chew through the first. It’s very high quality, adjustable, and helps with my back pain quite a bit, especially between my shoulder blades after sitting at a desk 9+ hours. The product works in that it does help to correct your posture by bringing your shoulders back. However, the discomfort from wearing it for even short periods warrants my 3 star rating. I wore this brace on the outside of a shirt and it still rubbed my armpits raw from moving. I tried loosening the straps to see if I had it too tight but that did not seem to fix the discomfort.
