SENNHEISER HD 660 S - HiRes Audiophile Open Back Headphone

La manera en la que reproducen el sonido es simplemente espectacular, pero la diadema de metal aprieta demasiado y los vuelve incómodos a los pocos minutos de uso.

I don’t have many hifi headphones and this is the most expensive one I have ever bought. I have to say it worth the money. It is way better than my DT990pro in each and every perspective. I cannot go back to use my old headphones anymore.

Believe or not, I went to shop to buy HD800 or HD820 model. Last week I was in Europe and felt that it is finally time to buy expensive headphones. I own Sony XM3, Audio Technica DSR7, Beyers DT770 Pro, Asus Rog Delta and among them Beyers are the best in sound quality. I was planning to test Audeze LCD-XC, LCD-2 closed, Denon D7200, D5200 and after listening several models the seller guy told me that these SENNHEISERs are best in sound / price ratio. Tell the truth I was never liked SENNHEISER models, for me they were something from out of my music universe. Yes Audeze and Denon models sound fantastic, but man, they costed 890-1400 usd price range. And here this guys insist that, just listen these, they cosu only 340 euro in Europe. Just listen, he persuaded me. Frankly speaking I went there to buy SENNHEISER HD800. which I like for their design and I select 3 models from SENNHEISER to compare. These ones (HD660), 800 and 820. I was surprised that HD800 was not fitting normal in my head, its sitting position is somehow wrong, I mean they just didnt fit / close my ears normally. Such expensive headphones and such terrible sitting ergonomics. In regard of sound they sounded good, but as far as I can hear simply little bit better than 660s. And the price difference was 4x... I thought, man, if this baby (660s) sounds so good why the hell I should pay 1400 usd for heads that just sound similarly? I have tested also new Momentum 4, which was terrible for me, I dont know but they sounded very distorted with my Astell Kern player. But these 660s... Oh my god, it was so punchy, so dynamic, so damn good! And imagine how fantastic they sound with my iBasso DX300 player which is a real monster!

Im no audiophile or anyone that knows anything about impedence and ohms, but it plays at full volume through my S20 ultra, and the ability to actually hear where something is and what it is, is really amazing. They sound fantastic. I love them

Im coming from a set of Beyerdynamic dt990pros, which are apparently notorious for being too harsh in the high-end so I was a bit disappointed in the lack of high end clarity... At first. Since using them as my primary set for a while, Im understanding why folks think that, and they sound more natural than they did at first, though the dt990s still feel like home to me.

This is another Senheisser keeper, very comfortable to wear, the audio quality is very good with crystal clear mid/high range and good but not ear-piercing lows although not as loud as the Beats audio. Maybe after a few more days of use and it will be broken in and have better bass feel. Build quality is excellent, and I hope this will last me over a decade like my other Senheisser headphones.

Son mis primeros audifonos the alta definición. Sin embargo investigue exahustivamente y pregunte a expertos en el tema, todos me recomendaban en comun estos asombrosos auriculares.
