> 24 hourMy Shark vacuum stopped holding a charge less than a year after purchase. When I called customer service about my device not holding a charge, I was asked to pay $20 plus $10 shipping for a new charger, as this was apparently not covered under the warranty. The new charger did not change the fact that my Shark vacuum does not hold a charge, so I called customer service again. Customer service said they would send me a new device, though I would have to pay ANOTHER $20 or $30 for shipping. This was two weeks ago and I have no new device nor even a tracking link to show for the exorbitant shipping fee I paid on top of paying for the useless new charger. Customer service is clearly set up to get the customer to spend even more money before they will bother to help you. I was impressed by the product while it worked but the nickel-and-diming from customer service has ensured that next time, I will purchase a Dyson.

> 24 hourWOW!!!! I bought this after my Hoover stick vacuum (R.I.P) died after years of good service but this Shark is the BEST! It picks up the dirt, fur, feathers, hair, whatever and even works great on carpets. It can go under couches, chairs, tables, in corners just about anywhere. Then you just pop off the top off it and its a hand held vac. It runs off a single charge long enough for me to get my whole house done (2700 sq. ft.) and the beauty is that Im not dragging a cord along with me. I love it, so much so that I bought one for my son and his wife. Highly recommend this vac.

> 24 hourI purchased this unit July 7, 2022. Today (1/25/23) I have had two calls directly with Shark trying to trouble shoot why the vacume stopped working (battery charged, works when not connected to the roller unit at bottom) So in approx 7 month the unit is not usable. In order to fix it I had to pay $48 (they gave me 50% discount and free shipping) because the floor part, with rollers, is not under warranty because the back roller turns and could be considered wear and tear. The customer service agent said Its so clean it looks brand new yet it is nnormal wear and tear. So, I would go somewhere else. To be fair, although noisey, it was great for the daily quick vacumes in the kitchen and m,ain floor of the house-(hardwood floors and throw rugs) Hope this helps you make a decision

> 24 hourI have had an oreck vacuum for years and years. I love it for its cleaning power. BUT its loud and heavy. And you have to get it serviced every 2 years. Of course that may be the reason Ive had it for year and years. Plus did I mention that its loud. We live in a 2 story house now and I wanted a lightweight vacuum that I could easily lug up and down the stairs. Thus I thought Id try the shark. Overall, its extremely lightweight and maneuverable. I love that its also a reasonable decibel when you turn it on. The battery (I have the 50 min one) seems to last for me to do most of my downstairs (2000sq ft) as long as I am efficient. Its cleaning power, however, is not ideal. Anything over basic dust and dirt just gets pushed around. With kids in the house, this mean tiny pieces of paper or leaves or grass or pencil erasers or lego pieces, just get pushed around. I think this vacuum is better designated as a sweeper than a true vacuum. Its fine for when the dog drags in dirt oo the kids soccer cleats drop something, but as the way to clean my entire floor - not so much. And on carpets, again its more a sweeper than a vacuum to clean. Im pretty disappointed b/c now I have 3 vacuums to deal with and store and I had been hoping this purchase would consolidate. Guess its time to take the Oreck to be serviced again since Im not getting rid of it any time soon.

> 24 hourI was debating between this vacuum or Dyson. The suction is good for floors and carpet but not great. The issue is the battery life thats being advertised. I have two spots of carpet size 10x10 by the time I get to the second one the battery life ends . I called support(shark) advised them the issue and was informed battery life is 15min with the attached wand. I cant even get to that time frame when its already dead. They also said that without any attachments battery life should be (40min) mind you this is advertised for 50min. The battery I have doesnt go more than 20 min without attachments. I asked for the battery to be replaced with the warranty they offer since its a brand new vacuum and was denied, they offered me to buy a new battery instead of replacing the dud I have. People save your money and get something better than this. Not worth the $300 plus. I will be returning due to customer service not trying to fix the issue

> 24 hourEDIT: After many emails back and forth with Shark, they finally agreed to send me the missing attachments. Took a few months to get all of them, as they sent 1 at a time as they became available, but I have them all now. As I said before, the vacuum works great and my only reason for the initial 1 star review was that I didnt receive all the attachments. Now that I have them, Ill change to a 4 star review. Taking off one star because I had to work way harder than I should have had to to get them -- and because they are STILL advertising as included the parts that Shark says are not included. This works great to get the cat hair out of my carpet, BUT the only attachment I received was the crevice tool. I dont want to return it, but is there any way the 2 dusting brushes pictured can be sent to me? UPDATE: Per the product description, WHATS INCLUDED: Shark Cordless Stick Vacuum, Crevice Tool, Dusting Brush, Pet Multi-Tool and Anti-Allergen Brush. The only attachment I got was the crevice tool. Amazon says my only recourse is to return the item or work with Shark. Dont want to return it, as I love the vacuum and it was a Black Friday deal. I contacted Shark, and they say the items are NOT included, but I can purchase them (at a cost of almost $60, plus tax and shipping). Aint gonna do that either. So Im changing my review to 1 star for lousy customer service. Neither Amazon nor Shark wants to take credit for the false advertising. Buyer beware.

> 24 hourYou will need to order an extra battery if you use to vacuum entire house.
