The game is easy to learn and to teach yet still challenging enough to be played over and over. A chess like strategy game that is super portable as no board is required, any flat surface will do.

I think there is no need to talk about the game. Its fun. Its simple . It plays fast. It can have epic matchs. It has strategic depth along you learn it. Its what would be called an elegante game. Aboute this version , I believe the question is if the size is okay - And YES you can play without a problem. They are smaller but I see no loss here. In fact it can be better as a whole game needs less space to be played. It is portable in game size and play area size :).

Fun game, pretty easy to teach once you learn the rules. Comes with 2/3 of the expansion peices. It will fit in a large pocket, but its better off in a bag or tied to something.

Grand child loved

This was a fun purchase and my wife and I love to whip it out when were out and about. Looks simple, but it is a really good strategy game.

This an amazing - easy to learn - 2 player game! It is played somewhat similarly to chess - where each piece has certain ways they are allowed to move. The pieces are very durable, come in a small bag that is easy to carry around, and the game came with the best direction set I have ever seen! Pictures of allowable and restricted movements, plus a description for how to play each piece. I highly recommend this game for anyone who is into board games and looking for a great two player option.
