Smart Zone Games Hive Pocket

An infinitely fun game for the whole family. My wife and son play it more than I do! The rules are simple and game time can vary between 1-10 minutes depending on how cleverly you play. ;-) Also, travel case!

Our favourite, travel friendly, 2player game (for my 6yo son and 10yo daughter). Nothing else even comes close at the moment!

This is easy to learn and hard to master. Great two player game. Non-board gamers will love this game.

Absolutely love this game. Needed some good games for camping and hiking and love the premise and the quality of the pieces. Already ordered the pill bug expansion and will be recommending this to anyone I know and hopefully can convince people to play with me.

I was worried that it would be too small. I was considering between this, the Carbon, and the original. I believe that this is the best choice because of the expansion pieces. Carbon also has them, and it looks beautiful, but I think that the color is integral to the game. If price wasnt an issue, Id prefer the larger pieces, but these work really well.

This game is absolutely amazing. You can play it everyday and not be bored. Its also easy to learn and easy to teach! Its lightweight and small, so you can take it with you to go really easily. The actual pieces are hexagons, about the size of quarters (but thicker than quarters). Bugs printed on them are very easy to see and distinguish. The set comes with the mosquito and ladybug expansion too, which is nice (especially if you start off playing without them, because introducing them to the game for the first time adds a whole new dimension!). Highly recommend.

Fantastic strategy game. Pieces are near indestructible. The traveling pouch is quite nice and playing a game does not take up too much room. I havent played the regular size Hive, but I have seen the tiles and the regular size Hive tiles are gigantic!

My fiance and I love this game. We play is everywhere - at bars, while camping, during family vacations. Every game is different. We love the challenge. I highly recommend you purchase the add-on inspects.
