> 24 hourAmazing headphones but issues with auto off, chat to speak features, they don’t work as intended so they have to be turn off, almost everyone is having issues with these features, you can do a quick google search. Hopefully we will get some updates from Sony..

> 24 hourCons: - I cannot turn off system sounds. I dont need a bell in my ears when blue tooth connects. - I ordered a used set off amazon warehouse, the case left indents on the ear muffs. However 5 minutes of use fixed that, and I fixed the case. I saved ~$150. - The case is huge. - It does not come with travel, air plane adaptors. - The phones are slow to connect fedora (linux) Pros: - Great sound. It is not hi res audiophile good, but it is not far off either. - Noise cancelling is great I have PTSD and random system sounds really hurt me. I tried the Sennheiser Momentum 4 and could not use them for this reason. The alerts really bothered me. I wish I could turn the system sounds off completely. The Sonys are less terrible in this regard.

> 24 hourReally good headphones! The only thing I would note is that it is not made for working out. The fit is not tight so if you workout and tend to do a lot of movement, this is not for you. Its also not water proof or water resistant so be careful with sweat as well. Other than that the noise cancelling and the easy access control are all nice

> 24 hourSound is pretty good but these are so light almost plastic feeling. I was concerned that over use they would break. It was disappointing for the price. Returned and got apple airpod max.

> 24 hourMost people buy this to enjoy music or for the looks. I bought this to get some peace and quiet. I’m a mom of a 2 year old and every single day we have noise. My husband watches tiktok videos on the loudest volume possible while my son is dancing or singing a song. While I love days like this, I found myself over stimulated. It was getting too frustrating and I researched and these were the best noise cancelling headphones in the market. The people were right. I cannot hear a peep when I put these on and I am able to refresh and charge myself for the more hectic moments. I enjoy a little bit of ASMR every now and then and I feel much better. I’m very happy with my purchase and use them everyday. Battery life is also a plus. So I really enjoy this feature with all the other bonuses like high quality sound, aesthetically pleasing, lightweight, etc. Maybe the only con, is the sweat that gets around the headphones but I live in a hot area and just swipe it with a dry rag and I go on. It’s nothing compared to the benefits I get from it.

> 24 hourEasily the best headphones I have ever owned. Pros: Best sound for the price Nice EQ settings (could be more advanced though) Clean & Modern Design Top tier ANC (Noice Cancellation) (better than Airpod Max) Cons: Not as portable as XM4s Not quite as padded as XM4, but still very comfortable to me (this is subjective) Pass through is not quite as good as Airpod Max (but remember ANC is better on XM5s)

> 24 hourI really wanted to love this Sony as I own Sony WH-1000X3 and 1000X4 . I don’t see any difference in the sound quality . The biggest problem is that you can’t aghast it when you have a small head . On my head it kept falling off and I had to return it. I guess I have to wait for 1000X6 to see the difference.

> 24 hourI want to start off by saying the sound quality is good and the noise cancelling is okay,i honestly do not get all the rave and 5 stars reviews, maybe it’s just me? These feel cheap to me,they are lighweight (which is a plus) but the material makes it feel like $30 walmart headphones.Since we’re on the topic of prices, these are heavily overpriced,i mean are you guys just all filthy rich to spend $400 on these headphones(seeing as they feel cheap) and be okay with it?I wouldn’t pay more than $200 for these headphones (which is what they should be priced at) so yeah i did end up returning them, the main issues being the price and the fact that they feel cheap. Also i found it to be a pain having to connect these to my phone everytime, whenever they were off my head for 5 minutes they’d go into sleep mode which was a pain in the as$ because i’d have to open the app, press the power button,go on my settings and try and reconnect them,i wish they would connect more faster like airpods that connect instantly,so yes these get a 3/5 stars for me
