> 24 hourHad to deduct points for a faulty right click trigger pad. While play R6 Siege, the right click would not maintain and would cause me to stop ADSing. I returned the product less than a month in for a Rival 600. Beyond the production line fault, which happens sadly, the mouse felt great. I did not need the ambidextrous design and was immediately offput by it but adjusted very quickly. It did not feel bad. It was larger than my Logitech but did not weigh much more. I was still able to claw it though it seems to be designed for Palm grip users. The right side addition buttons took some adjustment and I was kind of shocked to see that they could not be disable in the software either but responded well when used. The material as mentioned was light, the grip was good, not sticky, and appeared to be designed to be easily wiped off. Great mouse especially if you need an ambidextrous product with high D/CPI or a quick response click.

> 24 hourI am a lefty that does not swap buttons so I appreciate that I dont have to wait for the software to load to undo the swap for me like I had to do with my other lefty gaming mouse. This unit was also half the price of the previous one I was using. I also trust SteelSeries software more than some of the brands I have come across. I was a little worried about having the extra buttons on the left side of the mouse I wasnt going to use but you can simply just not assign any function to them in the software. The rubberized grips along the sides are a nice touch and really sealed the deal for me switching out the mice on the other computers I use as well. I took a chance for the price and am glad I did.

> 24 hourThis is the best mouse Ive found for large (XL to 2XL) hands. The reason for not receiving 5 stars is the cord comes highly folded in the box causing continuous knotting during use.

> 24 hourEDIT: For anyone having issues with double-clicking, try using the steelseries engine software and changing the click from play once to play N times, set N to 1, and set the pause time in ms to 1-5 depending on how bad your double-click is. The mouse itself is generally great, I bought it as a replacement for my 3 year old Rival 300 (which still works great besides the scroll-wheel double scrolling). Ive loved using it since it felt the same and worked well for the games I play (Halo, Apex Legends, League Of Legends, etc). However just a month or so after my warranty has run out the mouse has begun to double right-click, meaning if I rightclick the mouse tends to rightclick again and either cancel what Im doing (in a game aiming down sights or moving in MOBAS) or forcing me to do something I dont want to. The general fixes of using compressed air to clean it and clicking for 30 seconds have not fixed it and with a google search this issue is quite common amongst users. With prime you can get the mouse for just over 40, but I would be lying if I said that was a good price given how quickly this mouse fell apart. If you truly feel a need for this mouse let it go on a big discount or risk it falling apart quicker than its competitors.

> 24 hourFor the money this mouse is solid. Light despite its size but surface materials still feel high quality. Good feel on the scroll wheel. Mouse buttons feel slightly mushy but still have a nice tactile response. Excellent sensor, excellent software customization. Served me well for about 2 years of gaming. Ultimately the cable ended up tearing where it meets the mouse. This was solved with some electrical tape but unfortunately thats going to add extra drag. You get what you pay for in terms of build quality, but honestly this is a great option for gamers with a palm or hybrid grip.

> 24 hourOkay so far the mouse has been excellent no problems what so ever with the mouse. Packaging is defiantly one of the best. - Good - The shape is overall pretty good. The LMB and RMB take a little more pressure than past mice Ive had but I like it. All other buttons are excellent. Plastic texture feels good but others think not. ( Its kinda sticky-ish / rough feeling ) Rubber side is overall good. - Bad - My ring finger and pinky feel weird because (opinion) the right side of the mouse come in too far and shour rather flair out not in. The texture and pattern of the rubber sides makes it slippery at times. - Other - Ive never seen this mentioned anywhere else but I feel like my mouse has a little bit of angle snapping on even though in the software its turned off. That may just be me imagining it but please let me know if you have anything on this.

> 24 hourIve had this for quite a while now, and I already know Im going to get another when the time comes. Used the original for a couple years, but the left click died on me one day. So I got a temporary generic one for a while which sucked and made go shop for a better one. Found a solid deal on Black Friday for a Logitech g502 Hero. I liked the functionality, but it was pretty small. The size and ergonomics of it were so bad that I couldnt play a FPShooter for even an hour without my entire hand spasming and cramping. So I looked around for Ol reliable, but discovered the new one is practically the same. So I went ahead and got the Rival 300. Immediately felt relief in my hand and my aim showed drastic improvement. The larger grip is exactly what I need, and now I know. I highly recommend for anyone who plays grip-intense games.

> 24 hourFor the first 2 and a half years, the mouse felt great to use. I appreciated the fact that it was ambidextrous meaning that it had extra buttons which I could use for macros and such. But unfortunately you might encounter a problem with the scroll wheel seeming jammed, but this did not happen until around the 3 year of use.

> 24 hourI love this mouse for its form factor. Pretty much every gaming mouse you buy that has a decent reputation will have great performance. High sensitivity isnt needed and if anything is terrible for competitive gaming or anyone at all. Anything above 800 dpi is typically useless outside of specific applications since ideally you want 400-800 dpi. I like the grips for comfort and the simple design. It has nice RGB if you care about that, I personally dont, although I do use my favorite color. My only issue with the mouse is the build quality. Ive had 4 Steelseries mouse products and they always end up with a broken mouse 4/5 button since I use them for push to talk and melee in games. This is the last time Im going to buy one since the right grip on this one peeled off before a year even passed, although the mouse buttons are actually going strong 2 years later

> 24 hourThe feel of the older SteelSeries Sensei RAW was really great, despite how easy it would get dirty, how easily the rubberized coating on the sides would change color and rub off, and how recessed the side mouse buttons were. This mouse takes nearly the same ambidextrous design, and fixes the flaws of the older generation. Rather than the slippery plastic, you get a more grippy plastic on the body of the mouse. Instead of the rubberized sides, you get proper rubber cushions on the side. Instead of recessed side mouse buttons, you get articulated buttons that are easy to distinguish from each other, as well as from the rest of the side of the mouse. The scroll wheel is also improve from the RAW, however, not incredibly. My only complaint is about the bottom padding that separates the mouse from the desk, or mousepad. It tends to get dirty with dust or whatever, and the feeling of the mouse contact to the desk just doesnt feel all too good unless you clean the bottom pads before each use. However, this isnt too big of an issue. Overall, great upgrade from the Sensei RAW.
