Paper is great. It makes pens pop and glimmer and even fun to watercolor on

I used to buy these at AC Moore before they went out of business. Glad to find a place where I can still purchase them. This is my favorite watercolor sketchbook. Great for messing around but not the best for serious finished artworks.

I like this sketchbook. The last one I had was the strathmore book style but it was difficult to keep it open. The paper is sturdy.

I love this pad.

I like the material, when I applied watercolor the page bend a little but then when get dry and close the notebook takes it form again . The thing that I dislike is the spiral but I bought it because of the affordable price.

This is the most wonderful small watercolor (or whatever) book. I love the fact that I can paint or sketch a small picture then blow it up if I want. The paper will handle any mixed media that I can think of. The inside cover is a rich leather looking brown. Very nice. I am amazed too at the price. I will be ordering more for my stash!

The perfect multimedia art journal with 140lb cold press watercolor paper that is great every kind of media. Behind the print cover there is a cover board (and I do mean board, its quite heavy) in a warm chestnut with a cool kind of artistic finish on it. With the press board covers plus the size, it makes this journal ideal for travel, plein air prep work, or just lying in bed and drawing... skys the limit. The journal is double spiralbound, so it lays completely flat as you work, which is a great quality to look for in such things. Ive used the journal quite successfully with pen/ink, watercolor, markers, and colored pencils and thats just so far!

This is one of my favorite art journals...nice, thick paper that takes all types of markers without bleedthrough and works well with all types of writing and coloring implements. The cover is thick and sturdy, and I have thoroughly enjoyed using this product. My only wish would be a perforation on the spiral edge so that I could easily remove pages on occasion. Other than that, however, I find this to be high quality and enjoyable to use.

Excellent for mixed media and got me going again on keeping an art journal.
