I love the journals. They arrived today and I cant wait to get started.

Its a great small sized journal/sketchbook for watercolours. The front cover is dark brown with a bit of a sheen to it and the cover you see in the picture with all the text is just a piece of paper that can be ripped off.

I love this journal!! The heavyweight paper stands up to every medium I have used without buckling. Gesso, paint, watercolors, spray inks...it works with everything.

I love this journal. I can draw with the picture taped to the cardboard piece to the right of my work. That is perfect! If I happen to be working on two pictures.....which sometimes happens when I need to stop on one to get fresh eyes a bit later I flip to the back, and have the same good working configuration as the front. I will purchase another one of these soon!

The cover is removable and instead its a gorgeous printed cover. Smooth thick pages; cant wait to fill it up.

Love this as a journal for painting class - less expensive stuff but nice. Just a bit odd-shaped.

Very disappointed with the size ... A bit too small for a journal .

Attractive, sturdy notebooks. I have them in several different papers - my favorite is the Bristol vellum as it has a little tooth and good weight. The mixed media is also nice but a lighter weight.
