> 3 dayThis little invention has saved me many times during the potty training process. Removing a car seat cover is a major pain and this little seat guard has kept me from having to do that at least 3 times. It’s a little absorbent and provides a solid barrier against the car seat. It also has non skid material on the bottom so it doesn’t slide around in the seat. Plus, the seatbelt threads through the bottom of the cover, keeping it firmly in place. I recommend this to anyone potty training a child or facing lots of potty accidents. This saves everyone grief and I bought an extra, just in case.

> 3 dayThis product almost deserves 5 stars - the only reason its getting a 4 is because I think it should be a little longer overall. We make many road trips to see family (being in the military) and go for long stretches of time without stopping, especially if the little one is sleeping. Well, regardless of whether our son is wearing a nighttime diaper or not, the sheer fact that he is sitting up in that position causes leaks. The piddle pad does a pretty good job at catching most of those leaks, however, sometimes the leak goes above the top of the pad onto the back of the carseat, or further in front by his legs, getting the bottom of the seat (which happens most often). We bought two of these so that if it happened along the journey, we could quickly change him, swap the pad out for another, and keep on going without having to rig the carseat so he didnt sit in pee - and then worse yet, having to dismantle the carseat and rewash the entire cover (a serious chore with the mammoth car seat I bought). I do like how it shapes to fit the car seat and the seat belts, by way of the open slits in the sides. I just wish it was a little longer overall. When I found out I was pregnant with #2, I again went online to purchase more piddle pads and I did look at other products too in comparison. But for the price, and taking into account the features of the other pads, this one still seemed like the better option, so we now we have four overall.

> 3 dayGiving it 4 stars since we just got it and havent had an accident yet. I mostly bought this because we are at the tail end of potty training. It seems perfect to catch the smaller accidents without having to wash the whole car seat cover. We have the graco convertible Argos 80. It fits fine and its really soft. I didnt have any issues with it bunching together when she climbs in the seat so far. I was disappointed that the crotch flap wasnt bigger. To me that would get the biggest part of the accident but we will have wait and see. I do like that it would keep any pee from running down the bottom of the car seat and then onto your actual car seat. Thats a real pain to clean up no matter what.

> 3 dayI have four of these to easily swap out between my two kids. It keeps everything dry and they are must haves to save you on clean up for car seats, strollers, or swings with potty accidents. One of the purchases I’d say wasn’t a waste as far as kid gadgets go.

24-11-2024A must for a newly potty-trained toddler! My daughter potty trained right at 2 years old, and had great control. But, long road trips did make me nervous. Especially in the beginning, she was prone to minor accidents if she fell asleep in the car. This seat cover fit great in her car seat, wasnt bulky, and didnt bunch up when she sat in it. Its soft to the touch, and definitely stops accidents from seeping into the seat. A year later, we still leave it in her seat, just in case. She hasnt had a potty related accident in many months, but carsickness has appeared recently. She threw up on a 12 hour road trip, and this pad caught the majority of the mess. We still had a bit to clean up on the rest of her seat, but this definitely saved us several hours of cleaning. Highly recommend it for anyone with toddlers!

Greater than one weekEasy to put in and fits all seats (I put these in two different car seats, a double stroller, umbrella stroller, and single seat stroller). I wish they had some sort of button or Velcro system to keep it secure to the seat, like clipping around the base of the straps/belts, so they would stay in place. I have to readjust these each time my toddler gets in or out of the seat, and if hes not cooperating getting into the chair Im worried about the pad sitting oddly to the side. These contained a blowout really great, and one pee miss. The pee seemed to more so sit there to be absorbed by the clothing than it did absorb the pee. Easy to clean.

> 3 dayMy daughter was a “power Pooper” from the age of about 2 months old and would have a complete blowout with 99% of her diapers, so at least one huge blowout a day for several months. Since her favorite place to poop was her car seat, we were stuck washing her entire car seat constantly, which was a nightmare. This liner saved us—when she had a blowout, we were able to remove and wash the liner instead of having to wash the entire car seat! It is thin enough that it doesn’t compromise safety, but totally waterproof and covers the entire Butt area—the bottom, sides and buckle area, so leaks rarely occur. I recommend this to all of my friends having babies now, and am going to get it back out in a few weeks when I start to potty train her!

> 3 dayIf you dont have one of these youre missing out. After my first daughter had a blow out in her pumpkin seat that requires us to take off all the fabric and put a blanket down for her to ride in it on the way home from a trip, I started researching solutions so I wouldnt have to take the car seat apart every time something like that happened. And here it is! We have two, one in my 2 year olds car seat in case she has an accident and one in the babys seat. My 2 year old has has pee accidents in the car and this has saved me more than once. Huge fan.

> 3 dayI bought 2 of these for the versatility to still have one clean one when an accident happens or to put one in another seat such as a stroller. I washed them as soon as they were received, and then air dried. I did not use fabric softener, as that can cause materials to be much less absorbent. I believe she’s only ever had a couple of accidents in her seat (mostly while with her grandma). Only one was REALLY bad, and if I remember correctly it soaked up 98% of the mess. All other times it has definitely saved the seat... and my sanity & precious time.

> 3 dayi am convinced that products such as this one and the stupid shopping cart cover are designed specifically to separate sleep-deprived parents from their money. when you think about it rationally, you realize that your child wont like sitting in a pool of his own pee even if he doesnt vehemently object to this thing being inserted into his carseat. you will also likely realize that due to the peculiar way in which physics and gravity work, this thing cant possibly function in a way that captures all of the liquid released onto it, so now you have two things to clean instead of one. finally, you will recall that they make these things called diapers and even make them in the shape of pull-ups, and that if your child may have an issue on car rides, it is far easier to put one of those on him than it is to try to collect the fluid once it leaks out of him. all of these are perfectly good reasons never to buy this product. however, when you see this thing at 2am when your potty-training kid gets up for the 11th time because he thinks its fun to go pee-pee at night, even if oops, nothing came out <shrug> is the result, you see this thing as some sort of transcendent invention that you cannot live without... and the rest is history. so, benefit from my mistakes, rather than making your own. skip this one. and the shopping cart cover. dont get me started on the shopping cart cover!
