> 24 hourLike most guys I have a lot of flashlights most of them very cheap, I decided to get a high quality one for my bug out bag. I looked at almost every flashlight on Amazon and read a ton of reviews, I saw hundreds if not thousands of reviews on SureFire flashlights, guys just going on and on about how great they were. I was skeptical and found it ridiculous paying $60-$100 for a flashlight but I finally pull the trigger and bought the G2X Pro Duel Output. Now Im on board, this thing is awesome, its built like a tank. You can tell when you have it in your hand that it is built very well and they paid attention to detail. I like it so much I decided to make it my every day carry light and I bought a StreamLight as a backup light to carry in my bug out bag (the StreamLight takes AA and I have a solar battery charger). I also bought a 12 pack of cr123 SureFire batteries to put in my BOB for the G2X, on low setting the battery life is good so this will last a long time. While the StreamLight is a very good light and a little cheaper, I think it was well worth the money for the SureFire, going from high, low, strobe is much easier on the SureFire, its brighter, better battery life, and overal feels much more durable. If a A-Bomb landed right on the SureFire I feel like it might survive, thats how tough it feels. It was well worth the money and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a well made high quality flashlight.

> 24 hourI am writing this review 3 years after purchasing my first G2X. Ive worked on and off as a delivery driver since 2014, this flashlight was with me every night, and has been used daily, sometimes for close to an hour at a time. It gets hot with lengthy use, but thats not unexpected. The beam is focused, very bright, and goes a good distance. I have since bought 3 other G2X lights, and numerous other Surefire products. Surefire have great customer service, and stand behind their products. The batteries are the worst part, they are pricey, and can be burned up fairly quickly, but this light is worth it.

> 24 hourI bought a 6px for a shotgun mounted light prior to purchasing this. I keep this one in my truck and the performance is equal to that of my 6px. It feels slightly lighter, and the bezel and components seem to be identical. The only difference I notice is the plastic for the battery housing (whereas the 6px has aluminum housing). You really cant go wrong with a surefire. Would trust my life to this light. If you want to mount it to something that recoils, you might want to go with a higher model from surefire.

> 24 hourI love this flashlight. I wanted a high quality flashlight and when I found this on sale I had to buy it. The dual output is great. The lower output 15 lumen is a good option for when you dont need as much light. But you also have the full 320 lumens for spotlighting, longer distance illumination, etc. You can do momentary on/off or fully click the button for constant on. You cant beat the price, quality, and output of this light as well as the reputation of Surefire. This light is awesome and may find itself on the end of my AR once it is built.

> 24 hourIve always wanted a SureFire flashlight, but most of their products are way to expensive. Enter the G2X PRO. It is a budget offering of theirs and honestly it is fantastic. I highly recommend it for those needing a reliable light, but are on a fixed income.

> 24 hourWas looking for a flashlight that only had high and low beam. This one is perfect for me at night taking my dog outside.

> 24 hourThis flashlight will get the job down, the low output gives you enough light to see whats in front of you. The high output will flood youre entire field of vision with light. Only drawback there is no way to add a strap

> 24 hourThis is my second Surefire flashlight. Ive owned several other decent LED lights (Olight, Fenix, etc), and this is by far my favorite brand. Its simple, and it works. My only gripe is that I am unable to use the rechargeable 18650 batteries like in other lights. The body of the light is not shaped wide enough to fit the slightly wider batteries. But, I have a decent supply of cr123a so that helps. I do like the fact that at first press of the tailcap switch, I am on low beam mode. Second tap gives me the higher output. For awhile I walked a lot at night (fitness) and this gave me the chance to see what was in front of me without the blinding light, unless I needed it. The spill is good - not too focused and not too wide. Overall a good light worth the money. Simple, easy to use, reliable, and so far pretty efficient.

> 24 hourWorks great! I like the low and high beam and how it works. High beam is very bright! Great size. I keep it in my bedside table. I could use a couple more actually. My son uses it at work and recommended it. He had given me a smaller one that I carried in my purse. Just sick about losing it.
