08-06-2025Only high output not high low. I purchased same light this year with high low settings which I prefer over high only for longer battery life. Dont know why this is high only, still surefire so keeping it because package gets destroyed while opening. The package is gone so if youre buying dual out put check package before opening it.

> 3 dayI am writing this review 3 years after purchasing my first G2X. Ive worked on and off as a delivery driver since 2014, this flashlight was with me every night, and has been used daily, sometimes for close to an hour at a time. It gets hot with lengthy use, but thats not unexpected. The beam is focused, very bright, and goes a good distance. I have since bought 3 other G2X lights, and numerous other Surefire products. Surefire have great customer service, and stand behind their products. The batteries are the worst part, they are pricey, and can be burned up fairly quickly, but this light is worth it.

Greater than one weekLike most guys I have a lot of flashlights most of them very cheap, I decided to get a high quality one for my bug out bag. I looked at almost every flashlight on Amazon and read a ton of reviews, I saw hundreds if not thousands of reviews on SureFire flashlights, guys just going on and on about how great they were. I was skeptical and found it ridiculous paying $60-$100 for a flashlight but I finally pull the trigger and bought the G2X Pro Duel Output. Now Im on board, this thing is awesome, its built like a tank. You can tell when you have it in your hand that it is built very well and they paid attention to detail. I like it so much I decided to make it my every day carry light and I bought a StreamLight as a backup light to carry in my bug out bag (the StreamLight takes AA and I have a solar battery charger). I also bought a 12 pack of cr123 SureFire batteries to put in my BOB for the G2X, on low setting the battery life is good so this will last a long time. While the StreamLight is a very good light and a little cheaper, I think it was well worth the money for the SureFire, going from high, low, strobe is much easier on the SureFire, its brighter, better battery life, and overal feels much more durable. If a A-Bomb landed right on the SureFire I feel like it might survive, thats how tough it feels. It was well worth the money and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a well made high quality flashlight.

Greater than one weekPerhaps no other company in the flashlight industry has a track record and renowned named as Surefire. I was in need of a quality handheld and had been hearing only good things about Surefire for many years without having ever owned one. After much research and even considering models twice the price of this one, I went with the Surefire G2X Pro Dual Output LED Flashlight, Black because of so many positive reviews and the fact that it is definitely compatible with the Picatinny Flashlight Mount (also made by Surefire). I am 100% happy with my purchase. Side by side with my old double D-cell cop flashlight this is truly a marvel of technology. Being about 1/3 the length, 2/3 the diameter, the Surefire outperforms it in every way. The G2X Pro has 2 different output levels. The standard one is the low power, and to bump it up to 120 Lumens you simply tap the On button on the rear of the flashlight twice. 120 Lumens doesnt seem like a lot for these kinds of flashlights in this day and age, but having tested it on myself and others, it can certainly be blinding to another person at dark. Summary: Moderately-priced dual-output up to 120 Lumens of Surefire quality. Big bang, small package, low price. Though it may seem more powerful lights could be leaving this one in the dust, it actually holds its own as a very bright all-purpose flashlight that IS compatible with the Surefire Picatinny Flashlight Mount for rifles. 5 stars.

> 3 dayTraditionally, I love SureFire flashlights. This arrived quickly and is exactly what I expected. I havent used it while hiking yet, but expect this review to stay at 5 stars when I do.

> 3 dayThis is a good alternative to expensive weapon lights, good amount of light from it (320 lumens) and doesnt add much weight to the rifle. You can add a surefire click tail cap and remote cord if desired. It fits well in both a Magpul V-Block and a Viking Tactics mount.

Greater than one weekThe brightness, range and clean, focused light from this small flashlight is unbelievable. I use mine in my shop when inspecting under the hood and under the chassis of cars and its remarkable; the flashlight is small and easy to handle and gives super clean bright light to illuminate the darkest of hard-to-get to places. This flashlight is not only excellent for up-close work, it also throws a clean, tight field of light at least 100 feet. I like these so much I bought a second one to use in the house. Do yourself a favor and purchase a box of the Surefire SF12-BB Box of 12 123A 3 Volt Lithium Batteries SF123A batteries at the same time you buy the flashlight.

> 3 dayAnother outstanding product by Surefire. It has the poly body and is just as comfortable and easy to use as its all metal 6XPro Dual Output light twin. We use both lights for a lot of things in our rural setting. Would not be without it, and a big comfort during a recent 5 hour power outage.

> 3 dayMounted to my AK. Nice light. Nice build. Great quality. Although more attractive looking, its not as bright and is heavier than the Streamlight on my shotgun of which was $30 less. No strobe feature. I do like it, but I think the like my Streamlight better.

> 3 daySureFire is a sure bet. I bought my first one before my deployment to Iraq. Served me great there and has been my go-to flashlight for 13 years. Needed a new one, so bought this one. Expect nothing less.
