> 3 dayThis is a pretty awesome flashlight! I had an older version that just had one setting and a button that wasnt a click on click off style and this one is much improved over that version (I know theyre two different models but still). I couldnt be happier. its been left out in the rain, and dropped in the mud and still operates just fine. I rarely use the high setting unless im just showing off so the batteries are still going strong.

> 3 dayI bought this as a backup to my 3 cell LED maglite, but has rapidly become my favorite for regular use. Its durable, and although its not as bright as some, its got a great throw, and its still super bright and will easily light up literally anything on high mode. I originally disliked the fact that low mode was first, and I had to double press the rear button to put it on high mode, but honestly its great now. If I need it to say, check an ID, its nice not to immediately blind myself, my partner, the person whos ID Im reading, and everyone in a 1 mile radius... If I need to do that, I have the ability to. When I eventually lose it, Im definitely going to buy another one. My only issue with it is that it doesnt come with a pocket clip. You can easily get one for it though, I use the Thyrm low profile carry clip.

> 3 dayOnly high output not high low. I purchased same light this year with high low settings which I prefer over high only for longer battery life. Dont know why this is high only, still surefire so keeping it because package gets destroyed while opening. The package is gone so if youre buying dual out put check package before opening it.

Greater than one weekWorks great! I like the low and high beam and how it works. High beam is very bright! Great size. I keep it in my bedside table. I could use a couple more actually. My son uses it at work and recommended it. He had given me a smaller one that I carried in my purse. Just sick about losing it.

> 3 dayThis is a good alternative to expensive weapon lights, good amount of light from it (320 lumens) and doesnt add much weight to the rifle. You can add a surefire click tail cap and remote cord if desired. It fits well in both a Magpul V-Block and a Viking Tactics mount.

> 3 dayAwesome light. Second one Ive had because I lost the first one. Insanely bright when you need it and just right for everyday use. The batteries can get expensive, so get a set of rechargeable. I will have a surefire light for life.

> 3 dayYou know the LED headlights on cars that blind you? This is the hand held equivalent. This really puts out a beam. While my use is probably not PC for you, it is mounted on a rifle to handle a coyote problem on my place where night time raids are common. They definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel, and it is an oncoming train.

> 3 dayI am writing this review 3 years after purchasing my first G2X. Ive worked on and off as a delivery driver since 2014, this flashlight was with me every night, and has been used daily, sometimes for close to an hour at a time. It gets hot with lengthy use, but thats not unexpected. The beam is focused, very bright, and goes a good distance. I have since bought 3 other G2X lights, and numerous other Surefire products. Surefire have great customer service, and stand behind their products. The batteries are the worst part, they are pricey, and can be burned up fairly quickly, but this light is worth it.

> 3 dayI was looking for an alternate budget friendly AR weapon light. I am extremely satisfied with this. Paired it with a light Mlok flashlight mount. All of this for under $70!

> 3 dayI bought it on sale for 50 bucks. Well worth the money.
