> 24 hourI used this for my butcher block counter tops. They had not been treated since they were installed a few years ago. They came pre treated, but they were definitely showing signs of needing to be treated again. All you do is pour a little on your counter top and wipe it with a rag. It dried super quick and I could see the results right away. I barley used any and covered a big area. My husband even commented on how great they looked. This is a great value for the price! Would buy again!

> 24 hourI indicated above that it seems to work well on our cutting board, which was really very dry. It almost makes it look new.

> 24 hourA quality cutting board is expensive but can last a lifetime with proper care. My John Boos hard rock maple cutting board (7 years old) has never been happier or looked more beautiful. I have used many different brands of mineral oil, even the product that the John Boos company manufactures and sells, and I like this product much better. Start with a clean board - scrub it with hot water and a fresh / new green scrub pad. Remember the sides! Never submerge your board in water or soak. Rinse well with hot water, dry with a clean towel and let it sit overnight to fully dry. Next mirning/day, apply it liberally - I like to pour little puddles here and there and smear it around with a small handful of cotton balls or a paper towel folded up. Some areas might remain more glossy while others appear to look more matte. Add a little more to the matte areas because the wood is soaking it up! Be sure to remember to coat the sides! Let it sit overnight - well I do - then in a.m., you can use a dry paper towel and rub off any extra oil.

> 24 hourI bought this to use on my granite kitchen sink after watching a cleaning video on Instagram. Amazing! Looks better than brand new. I will never use anything else on my sink ever again.

> 24 hourI bought this food grade mineral oil for use on my new cutting board. I should have taken a before and after picture so you could see the difference after using this mineral oil. It brought out the deep, dark color of the wood and dried nicely, not leaving an oily surface. I wiped the surface before cutting food on it, but it probably wasnt necessary. After slicing raw beef, green peppers and onions on the board, I used a slightly soapy sponge to wipe it off under running warm water. I immediately dried the board and gave it the smell test. There was no onion smell, nor any other smell for that matter. I bought this oil because of the high ratings from other people.

> 24 hourNo odor, no taste. I have applied to my butcher block and it looks great. Going to use it for my wooden cooking utensils as well.

> 24 hourNot sure if I got a defective bottle or what but this stuff leaked all over everything every time I tried to use it. Pouring a little out a pour top is not rocket science but this oil had a mind of its own. Ive never had this kind of a problem with any oil ever! It did work great for oiling my new cutting boards but I will buy a different brand next time.
