> 3 dayMy husband is a professional sous chef and he was absolutely AMAZED with the end result. As many may be able to imagine our cutting boards are used heavily and frequently. One treatment and violà the wood grain popped and, aside from visible blade strikes from years of use, our cutting block roared back to a deep and rich looking wood. Awesome product... and it was specifically chosen due to the food grade rating. When the product is crafted by chefs and performs this well in the home of a chef... its a great find for any home!

> 3 dayI know there is not really much one can say about mineral oil. I can tell you that I have many wooden bowls and decorative items in my house made of wood including wood spoons I use daily cooking. They have all come back to life. I actually bought this to season a new bamboo cutting board Btothers and got on a kick of oiling every bit of wood in the house with it. If you choose another brand make sure it is food grade. This product is an inexpensive way to make your life a bit more shiny. I want add that it got here faster than expected.
