I used this to finish a 5 foot walnut charcuterie board. I didnt want the board to warp so this sealed it and prepped it for food use. The oil went on and dried within a few hours and after a day was ready to use. It really brought out the grain of the wood. I also used this to recondition some old cutting boards in the kitchen and a chopping block. One note, you want to make sure it has time to soak in and dry before getting wet, Id say a good 12-24 hours is sufficient.

While I DO have butcher blocks and cutting boards, I primarily bought this to coat some knife blades that are very expensive, but not stainless although stainless WILL rust, lots of people dont know this, so its getting used on ALL my good knives. It hasnt been long enough to tell if it works and I would be glad to update this in the not so distant future. I liked the speed with which it was delivered, the packaging of the product, everything looks great, just havent tested the performance. Good luck to you guys and your company! Pete

This worked great to rejuvinate our wooden cutting boards. We used on Acacia wood and Bamboo. The boards had been looking dry, and now they are fresh and beautiful!

As the instructions suggest this is not only good for cutting boards and condition and protect the wood but its also good to even out the look of stainless steel appliances. Seems like good quality mineral oil, its food safe according to the label, and the bottle is a decent size. I would recommend this product.

I have tried other oils for my cutting boards & this oil is by far the best. I test them once a month & it has increased the life of my cutting board. Leaves no smell or taste, even after washing the oil lasts. Will definitely increase the life of your cutting board.

I needed mineral oil for my wooden cutting boards. This worked great! Also used it on my teak kitchen table and a kitchen island. It gave a great shine to the table , where as,the kitchen island (which was painted) was way to shiney. I applied it to the island as the top was wood and there were some small joints that I wanted to work this in to. It worked as intended and I am very happy with the results. I would order again!

I had a brand new wooden cutting board that was dried out. The first time I used the board my knife left deep gouges. After reconditioning my board with the mineral oil my board looks better than when I bought it. It seems to have also water proofed it somewhat. I cut clean wet vegetables on it all the time and the water pools instead if absorbing. I spread the oil with my hand and let sit for 24 hours before using. I did this twice for a total of 48 hours. I would recommend this item if you are trying to restore wood.

I used this product on my new cutting board & it didn’t have a smell, no odor! Great news! It was easy to spread on the board too.

I bought this product to oil a new cutting board I purchased last November. Took me a while to get around to actually oiling the board. Very happy I finally did since I wouldnt use the cutting board until I took care of it. The oil took a very long time to dry between coats. When I finally put on the 3rd coat I set the board aside and gave it all the time it needed to dry completely. Now the board is my favorite to use. the mineral oil gave the pale and dry-looking cutting board a rich and vibrant color and it was a joy to use. I am very pleased with this product.
