When I imagine getting a 150 dollar neck fan, I expect a new clean product straight out of the box. The pictures I provided show this not to be the case. There was brown spots all over the side of my neck fan and a thumb smear on the case. After fully charging it and trying it out I have to say the battery life is impressive in my opinion. Using the cooling feature and fan together really help keep my head cool. I wish you had more control over the angle of the breeze. You can move the arms close or further away from your neck, but the angle of the fans blow straight up into my ears and I dont get a breeze on the front of my face. It also started to hurt my neck because I am forced to lean forward while sitting on my couch. When I lean back with the cooling feature on, the heat from the back of the unit radiates towards my neck and defeats the purpose of the cooling affect by heating my neck up. Overall I think its a nice product and has great potential, but I feel like it has a ways to go before it is worth the 150$ price tag.

I bought the Coolify1 because I live in Florida and on my walks it gets very hot in the summer and other times of the year too. I did treat myself because I didnt want to get a low quality item and save on the cost but have to replace it too early. Im very happy with it because it makes my walks and exercise time feel great! I can also run with it on and its comfortable. No more suffering and it looks nice too! I strongly recommend it and I promise you that you will be glad you did invest in the product. After a few years of daily use It still works great. The product is great and very well built,the customer satisfaction is great,the product is very well packaged and I would highly recommend it. It stays well charged for days. Torras is always there to serve you and when I contacted them with general product questions a customer satisfaction representative named Winky immediately emailed me back and I will buy from them in the future for sure and recommend many people to the company with great products and service with a smile! The fan wasn’t strong enough didn’t feel it was cooling off at all

The humidity in Florida sucks and everyone knows it, especially in summer. But this thing works so well that I even bought a second one in white for when Im not wearing dark colored clothes so I can look more fashionably conscious. CONS: - The fans are pretty loud if youre in a quiet indoor setting like your home but pretty quiet when youre in a loud environment like outside, in a social area, or near traffic. - The case it comes with isnt shock proof or waterproof, its just a fabric sleeve that you put over it to protect it from dust. So keep that in mind. - If you use fan speed one most of the time it can get annoying when you need to turn it off occasionally. The device beeps every time you change a speed and/or enter AC mode. The beeps are nice feedback to let you know the device has successfully entered a new mode, but I wish there was a quicker and more convenient way to turn it off. Right now, the only way to turn it off is to go up to fan speed 3 and then press the power button again to turn it off. PROS: - The AC mode really works! - While the back plate wont stay cool in the heat in fan mode, it will cool down quickly and stay cool once you turn on the AC mode. The device is on fan mode by default every time you turn it on. - The fan speeds are great and I find myself using 1-2 most of the time. I only really use speed 3 if its particularly hot or I havent used it while outside for a while. - Air circulation and breeze combats the humidity that makes it feel waaaaay hotter outside than it really is. The AC mode combats the actual heat. Its a win-win. - Its very easy to use and the battery life on this thing is outstanding. You wont need to charge it after using it all day long. Not sure how long the battery actually lasts though, but its already going on day 3 with no charge. - Its bladeless so your hair and accessories wont get caught up in it. Plus, if you have kids, they wont hurt themselves on it. - It blows downward as well as upward and is adjustable so its not blowing directly into your eyes (or into your face if you dont like that sort of thing). - Its lightweight and a convenient size to put in a bag or backpack when not in use, and also comes with a fabric sleeve to put it in to protect it from dust (but not much else sadly).

Purchased as an alternative to a whole room air conditioning unit for at home personal use. This is hard to review because air conditioning plate actually works. The cooling does feel approximate to an ice cube. It does result in very rapid drops in subjective temperature. Hooked up to a USB charger, the maximum charge rate ive seen is 1.53amps at 5.2v. This isnt ideal but it is sufficient that im not annoyed. Everything is as advertised or slightly better. Problem: Limited battery capacity (note: capacity is as advertised). Recommendation: Hot swappable battery + external charger (optional accessories). Alternately, allow the unit to operate while charging via USB C. Problem: Air conditioning plate shuts off ever so often (as advertised) Hack: place a frozen gel pack (disc) under the cooling plate while the cooling plate is disengaged. Gel pack should stay cold for 15-20 minutes and will stay in place under normal non-vigorous movement. Cheaper (less elegant) alternative: $20 version of a neck fan + freezer gel discs. Possibly sew the disc between a layer of some breathable cloth. Switch out the disc ever 15-20 minutes or as needed.

The best money Ive ever spent. I wish i wouldve realized this years ago. It worked great. Nice and light. Charge lasts enough for my day. Ready to charge. Very light. Did not irritate my neck. It felt so good!¡!!

The good: This thing is honestly not like any other neck fan you can buy. I read a lot of reviews before deciding to buy this and Im really not disappointed. It was a little on the expensive side but I can definitely see why. I bought it for my husband to use while wearing a mask at a comicon. I have also found myself using it on lots of other occasions. Especially on airplanes, mowing lawn, and while I wear costumes at conventions. If I can get by with it matching my costume, I will absolutely wear it. But otherwise I just have it in my bag for when Im feeling particularly overheated. The cooling pad function on the back is particularly nice even if it is only for 20 minutes bursts. I recommend this to anyone who gets overheated easily and just needs the extra airflow and would prefer to be cooler. It really makes wearing a mask about a hundred times easier in the summer. The Bad: After about 30 hours of use, one of the fans started to get a buzzing noise. Overall: Overall I still very much recommend this neck fan. The plate on the back is totally invaluable. Nothing else Ive ever tried was anywhere near this good. So I say buy it if youre on the fence. Like my review if you found it helpful. :)

I’m amazed at how well this works! Even after menopause ended, the hot flashes continued. Now instead of freezing my poor husband out trying to cool down, I just grab this little treasure, and I’m cooled down instantly. I also get really hot when I sew, so it’s definitely going to get a lot of use. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time.

I purchased this because we planned a trip to Florida in July. I run really hot all the time and I needed something to help with the heat and humidity. A previous commenter mentioned it’s not helpful in the outside heat and I have to agree. Walking around in 90 heat, the fans didn’t help but the cooling plate did a little (which is better than nothing). It was most helpful when we would go into a store, enter an indoor ride line or a restaurant. Granted, there was air conditioning in these places but even I don’t cool off in air conditioning, it takes me a lot longer than the average person to cool down so it was really helpful. It was super light weight and comfortable to wear. It’s quiet too on the lower settings. It fit in my crossbody bag. Be careful, twice the power button must have been hit inside my bag and turned on for i don’t know how long. The battery never died while using and I used it a lot. Since I’ve been home, I used it once already just around the house. I’m keeping it, I love it.
