> 3 dayAbsolutely LOVE this! Im sensitive to heat & living in Hot Georgia this is ESSENTIAL for me. However, after 15mo of DAILY use, within a day the medal strip that gets cold bubbled up in one corner & started burning. Looks like battery acid did it. Had to throw it away, but Ill still be buying a new one, I Love it THAT much! I just hate to spend another $149

Greater than one weekI have this on as Im typing this on its LOWEST setting and Im having a challenge to be able to share my experience with this product. Where have you been all my life? I cannot express how much of a game changer this product is for people like me who are always hot no matter what the situation is. This is one of the few instances where the whole Shut up and take my money! inference applies. POINT BLANK, PERIOD! Buy it, before the creator realize what they have and raise the price....DO IT PINKY!!

> 3 dayThis neck fan stopped working on one side and I had only had it for 7 months (outside of the warranty). I contacted the company and all they could offer me was 10%off of the new version which cost a whopping $250. But dont tell anyone because thats an employee discount that they are not supposed to shared with anyone. NO SIR, NO THANK YOU, I WISH I WOULD GIVE YALL ANOTHER RED CENT. Only for it to brake a year later. IM GOOD. This neck fan is very heavy around the neck but that didnt bother me, only until the battery died. Then it made me even hotter. The air blows up your neck and the sides of my face. It was not as effective as the neck fans that blows air towards my face. The cooling system is nice but kills the battery, after that, the fan is useless (4hrs tops). If you dont have the huge, bulky case to store the fan in, you can risk breaking it. Its not ideal for someone who does not have a desk job that can easily access the case at all times, once the battery dies. The fan last longer if you dont use the ac part, but once the fan dies (6hrs), it feels like a hot heavy weight being carried around the neck. So if you dont have the case on your person, you have to choose between wearing the hot weight around your neck or risk breaking it. Its a nice concept but its too delicate and too expensive for what you get compared to cheaper neck fans. I still have no idea why one side of mine stopped working. All I wanted was a replacement, since its been last than a year. But I will not buy another.

> 3 dayAlthough the colder air conditioning is concentrated at the neck contacts it helps evaporated the perspiration on my face making it possible to work in the hotter climes for a longer time. Recharging is quite short.

> 3 dayPurchased this for an upcoming trip to Disneyworld, which is many times hot and super humid. Loads better than the plastic fan-on-a-string that weve used the past 6 years at the parks. Purchased 4 of them (1 for each family member). Like that it has 3 fan settings, the super cold back of the neck cooler, and has no moving blade. I have long hair and it was not an issue, another plus. Well have to see how it works, if the battery life lives up to the description and how well it works in the Florida heat. Updates to come...

> 3 dayI bought it for my wife, she absolutely loves it. But the battery life seems short. We were at our sons baseball game which is about 2 hours. And it shut down before the game was over. I have something similar but cost way less and mine was running perfectly fine. And mine was same concept neck cooling plate and vent around the neck band.

> 3 dayI live in the California desert and was looking for some relief. Being a recent cancer survivor, i have issues with sweat attacks or severe cold sensitivity. This neck AC fan has a lot of wind power, more so when i have found in other models. What it does , it dors well but if its enough is up to the individual. After care supprt is very good though. I prtsonally am looking forard to v 3 for sure.

Greater than one weekWhen I imagine getting a 150 dollar neck fan, I expect a new clean product straight out of the box. The pictures I provided show this not to be the case. There was brown spots all over the side of my neck fan and a thumb smear on the case. After fully charging it and trying it out I have to say the battery life is impressive in my opinion. Using the cooling feature and fan together really help keep my head cool. I wish you had more control over the angle of the breeze. You can move the arms close or further away from your neck, but the angle of the fans blow straight up into my ears and I dont get a breeze on the front of my face. It also started to hurt my neck because I am forced to lean forward while sitting on my couch. When I lean back with the cooling feature on, the heat from the back of the unit radiates towards my neck and defeats the purpose of the cooling affect by heating my neck up. Overall I think its a nice product and has great potential, but I feel like it has a ways to go before it is worth the 150$ price tag.
