> 3 dayI dont have a lot to compare with since I tried this and the Coolify 2. I prefer this over the Coolify 2 since this can open up vs wrapping tightly around my neck like the Coolify 2. The cool plate works well. Its nice ice cold but will definitely cool you with the fan on. I use this while im working in my office when i dont have the AC on. The weight isnt too bad and can be worn maybe an hour or 2 at a time. Overall, I do like even though its priced higher than most neck fans on the market.

> 3 dayI bought it for my wife, she absolutely loves it. But the battery life seems short. We were at our sons baseball game which is about 2 hours. And it shut down before the game was over. I have something similar but cost way less and mine was running perfectly fine. And mine was same concept neck cooling plate and vent around the neck band.

> 3 dayWhen I imagine getting a 150 dollar neck fan, I expect a new clean product straight out of the box. The pictures I provided show this not to be the case. There was brown spots all over the side of my neck fan and a thumb smear on the case. After fully charging it and trying it out I have to say the battery life is impressive in my opinion. Using the cooling feature and fan together really help keep my head cool. I wish you had more control over the angle of the breeze. You can move the arms close or further away from your neck, but the angle of the fans blow straight up into my ears and I dont get a breeze on the front of my face. It also started to hurt my neck because I am forced to lean forward while sitting on my couch. When I lean back with the cooling feature on, the heat from the back of the unit radiates towards my neck and defeats the purpose of the cooling affect by heating my neck up. Overall I think its a nice product and has great potential, but I feel like it has a ways to go before it is worth the 150$ price tag.

Greater than one weekI love this. Definitely worth the extra money. I bought a cheaper one frist but just blows hot air. This one blows cool air and the extra metal piece that gets cold on your neck is great.

Greater than one weekAfter reading the reviews and watching videos on this neck AC, I was excited to receive mine. Until I used it. Then the excitement faded to disappointment. I dont know if it was a flaw with the one I received or an overall design flaw, but when the cooling element timed out (after 30 min), the entire area of that element got extremely hot to the touch. Im not sure why a cooling element would get hot after going off... that defeats the whole purpose. So, if you only want to use the product for 30 minutes, it does what it says it does. Does the cooling element get cold? Yes, for 30 minutes at a time. Do the fans blow air? Yes, but not air that has been cooled by the element, it just blows surrounding air. So, if the surrounding air is hot, then hot air is what you will get. Essentially, I had a cold spot on the back of my neck for 30 minutes and warmish air blowing on my face. Then, if I didnt restart the cooling element, I had a hot spot on the back of my neck and warmish air blowing on my face. It also vibrated on my collarbone when on high speed. I had to keep adjusting where it sat to be comfortable. Needless to say, it has been sent back.

Greater than one weekIts great when it works but the battery does only last 2 hours max. The fans are not bad, mild breeze but it just blows hot air on you if its too hot, its sucking in hot air after all. Dont use this if you have facial hair, it keeps catching on beard hairs. The neck cooling plate is great but small. Runs 30mins at a time. I would buy it again but not unless its on some form of large sale. At least 40% off. Not bad, easy to charge comes well packed and looks smart. Just a bit hot where I live to be that effective... (30 to 36°C so around 90F). Really light weight, charges relatively quickly.

> 3 dayI received the coolify personal air condition at it looks amazing. Its like something from a sci-fi movie. Unfortunately, the one I received malfunctioned. I contacted customer services and Bonnie replied promptly. Bonnie even called me LONG DISTANCE from China to speak to me. She was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. She made sure to address all my concerns. Great product and AMAZING customer service! If youre looking for a personal cooling unit, this is the best. Especially since they guarantee their product. Once again, thank you Bonnie :)

> 3 dayI bought the Coolify1 because I live in Florida and on my walks it gets very hot in the summer and other times of the year too. I did treat myself because I didnt want to get a low quality item and save on the cost but have to replace it too early. Im very happy with it because it makes my walks and exercise time feel great! I can also run with it on and its comfortable. No more suffering and it looks nice too! I strongly recommend it and I promise you that you will be glad you did invest in the product. After a few years of daily use It still works great. The product is great and very well built, the customer satisfaction is great, the product is very well packaged and I would highly recommend it. It stays well charged for days. Torras is always there to serve you and when I contacted them with general product questions a customer satisfaction representative named Winky immediately emailed me back and I will buy from them in the future for sure and recommend many people to the company with great products and service with a smile! I hope this helps your decision to buy. Robert S.
