I was stoked to have this for a recent trip to Nashville. It did well on the flight on Sunday and dealing with the insane heat and humidity of Nashville in July on Sunday night. Monday I put it on to wear around the conference at the Gaylord and by the middle of the day the right side stopped working and just got insanely hot. I tried to wear it just for the left side to work but I was honestly afraid the right side was going to catch on fire it was getting so hot. Thank God I brought my As Seen on TY Arctic fan for backup or I would have melted that week.

I received the coolify personal air condition at it looks amazing. Its like something from a sci-fi movie. Unfortunately, the one I received malfunctioned. I contacted customer services and Bonnie replied promptly. Bonnie even called me LONG DISTANCE from China to speak to me. She was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. She made sure to address all my concerns. Great product and AMAZING customer service! If youre looking for a personal cooling unit, this is the best. Especially since they guarantee their product. Purchased this for an upcoming trip to Disneyworld, which is many times hot and super humid. Loads better than the plastic fan-on-a-string that weve used the past 6 years at the parks. Purchased 4 of them (1 for each family member). Like that it has 3 fan settings, the super cold back of the neck cooler, and has no moving blade. I have long hair and it was not an issue, another plus. Well have to see how it works, if the battery life lives up to the description and how well it works in the Florida heat. Updates to come...

Overall this thing was awesome, but its not made for extreme heat. Was wearing it at the Grand Canyon and thirty minutes in the left fans went out. Even with just the right side working and the cooling mechanism on the neck, it was still a life saver. I didnt see any other reviews for it where a fan went out, so I think it might be just mine. I love it though so Im just exchanging it. Four stars because even though the fans went out, it still gave me some huge relief.

Too tight around my neck,unable to adjust. Feels heavy

I have only had this a few days, but so far, it’s pretty wonderful!! Totally expected it to be subpar, but is maybe the best purchase I’ve made in a while. Works like it’s advertised. Might have to buy a few more of these. Definitely recommend this!!

It works well; battery life is sufficient. The weight is sufficient (any lighter, & it might slide around while I’m in motion), but I think it’s priced too high!

I bought it for my wife, she absolutely loves it. But the battery life seems short. We were at our sons baseball game which is about 2 hours. And it shut down before the game was over. I have something similar but cost way less and mine was running perfectly fine. And mine was same concept neck cooling plate and vent around the neck band.
