> 3 dayThe fan fits perfectly into the case it came with and includes a travel bag for the fan to slide into. Its super study, feels very well made and does exactly what it advertises. The AC mode can drain the battery very fast at speed 2 &3, so if you use it for work like I do (Welding in Florida heat) save the AC function for the peak heat or find a place to recharge it during lunch. The airflow alone is beyond helpful in humid weather & prevents fogging of safety goggles and even without the AC mode the airflow makes ALL the difference in the world during the summer. Only complaint is the battery life, I’d have thrown money at this if it had replaceable batteries so I could use it all day at work. Otherwise, no issues so far and this is the 3rd neck fan I’ve tried. Its also the only non-defective one so I’ll vouch for it. Just keep the battery away from excess heat sources, fire and store it well. Would say 10/10 if the battery could be replaced.

> 3 dayThis has great battery life and is great for traveling and not tangling your hair but you do feel the weight of it after a little while, I also have a lower price and lighter weight one which I switchout with this one but this one works fine but a little bit pricey when you can find cheaper versions that work just as well.

> 3 dayThe good: This thing is honestly not like any other neck fan you can buy. I read a lot of reviews before deciding to buy this and Im really not disappointed. It was a little on the expensive side but I can definitely see why. I bought it for my husband to use while wearing a mask at a comicon. I have also found myself using it on lots of other occasions. Especially on airplanes, mowing lawn, and while I wear costumes at conventions. If I can get by with it matching my costume, I will absolutely wear it. But otherwise I just have it in my bag for when Im feeling particularly overheated. The cooling pad function on the back is particularly nice even if it is only for 20 minutes bursts. I recommend this to anyone who gets overheated easily and just needs the extra airflow and would prefer to be cooler. It really makes wearing a mask about a hundred times easier in the summer. The Bad: After about 30 hours of use, one of the fans started to get a buzzing noise. Overall: Overall I still very much recommend this neck fan. The plate on the back is totally invaluable. Nothing else Ive ever tried was anywhere near this good. So I say buy it if youre on the fence. Like my review if you found it helpful. :)

> 3 dayI just received this in the mail today. I was getting ready to use it and was peeling off the “Getting Started Quick Guide” and as you can see it started to pull off the gold paint. For something that costs this much, something as cheap as adhesive should not pull off paint. It makes me wonder if the rest of the item is built cheaply. Hmmm? My impressions right now are more guarded and waiting to see what else will go wrong. This is not a good way to start. I am also wondering if I should just return it for a refund. Sigh. I was looking to be impressed, but wasn’t.

> 3 dayUpdate: After reading my review, Torras reached out to me. Gwen, the customer service representative, went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied and stayed in touch. She is a big asset to your company. Giving a straight forward and honest review, Im not sure about this neck fan/ac unit. While the fan blows at a moderate pace, I cant say much about the cooling/ac aspect. While the plates does get cool (I would even say cold) this unit does not keep me cool. I would say that this unit is a little over rated and a lot over priced. I think I could have gotten the same results from a similar unit which is priced much, much lower.

Greater than one weekI got it for bike riding. It is not enough when doing strenuous exercise, in the NC heat for me. I will keep it just for walking around outside.

> 3 dayAlthough the colder air conditioning is concentrated at the neck contacts it helps evaporated the perspiration on my face making it possible to work in the hotter climes for a longer time. Recharging is quite short.

> 3 dayMy husband rolls his eyes every time I get something like this but boy did he have to eat some crow! I suffer from hot flashes throw this around your neck and it is a life saver. We also live in the Deep South very hot and humid and some days we work in buildings with no air and have used these little portable air conditioners the last few weeks and even my rolling eyes husband said “These make a huge difference.” Hubby has been showing these off to clients, neighbors and friends and everyone he shows said they are getting one. The cooling plate on the neck is something really special, cooling just the back of your neck really helps cool down your entire body. I will say I have long hair and the portable air conditioner has tried to suck in my hair but it was not bad, did not rip my hair out I just have to make sure my hair stays behind my shoulder while wearing or a clip would be perfect. *Note the case in the picture is a separate item and is not included with the portable air conditioner.
