> 3 dayIts great when it works but the battery does only last 2 hours max. The fans are not bad, mild breeze but it just blows hot air on you if its too hot, its sucking in hot air after all. Dont use this if you have facial hair, it keeps catching on beard hairs. The neck cooling plate is great but small. Runs 30mins at a time. I would buy it again but not unless its on some form of large sale. At least 40% off. Not bad, easy to charge comes well packed and looks smart. Just a bit hot where I live to be that effective... (30 to 36°C so around 90F). Really light weight, charges relatively quickly.

> 3 dayI just want to preface this by saying I love this thing. That being said, sometimes it grabs at my chin hair. It doesnt happen often, just wanted to throw that out there

> 3 dayEdit* I give the company 5* for their customer service. I messaged them to ask for assistance given how much we spent and the fact the fan broke after 8/9 months. They were very helpful and sent us a replacement. If the new fan lasts more than the last one I’ll change the rating to 5*. Bought this and loved it at first. Less than 6 months of use and it was “loud” yet still worked. Now two months later it’s so loud you can’t use it. Waste of money and for the amount it cost I’d expect more from a product.

> 3 dayI bought the Coolify1 because I live in Florida and on my walks it gets very hot in the summer and other times of the year too. I did treat myself because I didnt want to get a low quality item and save on the cost but have to replace it too early. Im very happy with it because it makes my walks and exercise time feel great! I can also run with it on and its comfortable. No more suffering and it looks nice too! I strongly recommend it and I promise you that you will be glad you did invest in the product. After a few years of daily use It still works great. The product is great and very well built, the customer satisfaction is great, the product is very well packaged and I would highly recommend it. It stays well charged for days. Torras is always there to serve you and when I contacted them with general product questions a customer satisfaction representative named Winky immediately emailed me back and I will buy from them in the future for sure and recommend many people to the company with great products and service with a smile! I hope this helps your decision to buy. Robert S.

> 3 dayI dont have a lot to compare with since I tried this and the Coolify 2. I prefer this over the Coolify 2 since this can open up vs wrapping tightly around my neck like the Coolify 2. The cool plate works well. Its nice ice cold but will definitely cool you with the fan on. I use this while im working in my office when i dont have the AC on. The weight isnt too bad and can be worn maybe an hour or 2 at a time. Overall, I do like even though its priced higher than most neck fans on the market.

Happy!
> 3 dayI was thinking about returning this, but after using it today I realized I really do like it and the battery life is pretty long. The only thing when the packaging came in the plastic was over the box, but it wasn’t on the case and I didn’t get my little sleeve bag to keep it protected but I really do like it so I’m gonna keep it but I wish I would’ve got my little sleep protector because it cost $149 plus tax. I feel like this one was one that they already had sent back.

> 3 dayPurchased this for an upcoming trip to Disneyworld, which is many times hot and super humid. Loads better than the plastic fan-on-a-string that weve used the past 6 years at the parks. Purchased 4 of them (1 for each family member). Like that it has 3 fan settings, the super cold back of the neck cooler, and has no moving blade. I have long hair and it was not an issue, another plus. Well have to see how it works, if the battery life lives up to the description and how well it works in the Florida heat. Updates to come...

> 3 daySo the people that complained about this are nuts. I’m a nurse and run around all day long. My face and neck get hot and then I get sweaty especially with a mask on. Wish I knew about this long ago. So it isn’t going to AC your whole body. If you are expecting that don’t buy it. But since I have purchased a cheaper neck fan in the past I noticed the back of the neck would get really hot making me hotter. In steps this product. The cold spot on the back of neck was a game changer. My only complaint is I wish it would stay charged longer, BUT with it on high and the cold spot it does last the full two hours and it does charge quickly. So it does what it says! Worth every penny!

> 3 dayAs others have mentioned, I really wanted to like this and thought it would be helpful to me in my job with the USPS delivering mail and mostly Amazon packages. I loved it initially and it seemed to work as advertised. This appeared to be a big step above the cheap, portable fans that users wear around the neck. It worked great in the beginning around the house (air conditioned, duh!) and outside on my patio in the shade but when I took it to work yesterday it was truthfully an epic failure on multiple levels. Keep in mind I live and work outside in the South and this is July. I also deliver while driving a vehicle without air conditioning and nothing but a small fan that helps very little. Yes those familiar white mail trucks everyone knows so well have no air conditioning and are brutally hot inside in Summer in the South. If your vehicle has ever lost AC in Summer then you know how miserable that can be and most people get it repaired immediately. Unfortunately I have no such option. Regardless, I expected more from this product especially for the greatly increased price vs. most of the “regular” wearable neck fans now advertising on Amazon and in the marketplace. You might say that my test of this product was conducted in extreme conditions which would be a valid point and tough to argue as it must get well over 120 plus degrees in the vehicle when it’s 90 degrees or higher outside. I used the fan on the highest speed with the cooling metal plate turned on which offers the most cooling effect but also results in the shortest battery life. It lasted just short of the advertised 2 hours on the highest setting. This product may work just fine for someone just sitting outside or not working up a sweat exercising but the technology just doesn’t live up to the hype yet at least for this guy. Someone will find a way to make a true portable, wearable air conditioner someday and that will truly be a game changer but today is not that day sadly.
