> 3 dayI found it hard to mount these devices. Especially when you are at the top of a ladder in a small light well. The mounting plate cant have any screw heads proud of the edges. Otherwise the device doesnt engage with the clips. The screws that are supplied are ok, but they are not the correct screw for drywall. (Im not sure what they are suitable for. Perhaps stone or brick? If you use drywall screws, the screws are just a few micrometers proud, and you cant mount the box. I had to drill in counter sinks to the plastic mounting plate to lower the drywall screws. Also, the way the ethernet cable has to dress out of the box into the wall is tight. That could have been much better. Its unclear why they didnt just have a straight-out plug instead of this weird angled thing. The whole design is somewhat ridiculously complicated. It was not designed for easy of installation. I cant imagine installing hundreds of these in an office. I just installed 2 in my house. Also, once you get them deployed, it is tricky to service them. How do you log into the device you are looking at? It is random decision which device you can log into, which ever way the WiFi blows.

> 3 dayIve upgraded my entire home network with TP-Link since Ive never had any issues with their hardware. When we had our home built, I asked the homebuilder to install their home network package but they used hardware that is now antique. It worked for a few years with the technology that existed at the time (2015) but now that I have Fiber... it was time to move on. My hardware now consists of; 1. TP-Link Omada Hardware Controller 2. TP-Link ER605 - Router 3. TP-Link TL-SG2210MP - POE Switch 4. TP-Link EAP660 HD - AP 5. TP-Link EAP615-Wall x 2 - APs The first thing I did was install the controller and then I just adopted the rest of the hardware. It made it very simple and easy to setup the rest of the items. Honestly, I spent quite a bit but couldnt be any happier with speeds and reliability. My wife and I work from home so having our network running consistently is a must. We havent had any issues and were now up and running for 2 month.

> 3 dayI read several reviews, saw the top ranking at smallnetbuilder.com, and decided to give this access point a try. I also have an older TP-Link router that resides on a shelf that I use as a backup router and access point. That device has worked quite well over the years for the times I have needed it. I received the EAP225 from Amazon and it arrived with no signs of damage. However, during installation when I plugged in the LAN cable, the connection indicator on my switch did not light up. I could see the access point had power, as its status light went through a boot sequence and arrived at a nice green glow. I could also see that it was broadcasting default SSIDs for both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz bands. I went ahead and checked my router, and couldnt find any IP assigned to its MAC address. I tried connecting the AP with and without the injector and also tried using TP-Links software to find the device on the wired network. There were no signs on life on the LAN port. I unplugged the AP and connected my old TP-Link router to the line and it was instantly recognized on the network. I got a unit with a bad LAN port. It happens sometimes. I returned the unit and went on to try another brand. I wasted an afternoon playing with this AP, I wasnt about to get another of the same.

> 3 dayWell, I purchased this as I upgraded my Internet to gig. This under delivered with wifi 6. Was only getting less then 100 mps with my new netgear right next to unit even after firmware updates. Bought is TP unit and immediately was getting 800 mps. I love Netgear but this item way blew their doors off!

Greater than one weekBought this to replace my horrible Comcast xFi pods. This paired with an inexpensive POE switch gives me much better wifi signal, and with POE you can place it almost anywhere. Making it really easy to install
