> 24 hourAbsolutely a must if you have more than one access point from Ubiquiti. Breeze to install and small enough to fit everywhere. Also the fact that it supports power over ethernet as well besides regular power supply is a big plus.

> 24 hourThis is a terrific piece of kit for my rental properties. I just received my fourth unit and will install along with a uap-ac-lr. I love being able to connect to and check on the access points remotely. No more having to travel to the site and diagnose which off-the-shelf router I have set up as an access point has issues, I can log in and check on my hardware remotely, even from my phone. I guess the next step is to look into purchasing a usg and running it as a router for more granularity on the controller home screen.

> 24 hourNo complaints or issues. Hindsight tells me I could have used a Raspberry Pi for the Unifi controller software, but the Cloud Key works perfectly and keeps up with regular use/tweaking.

> 24 hourAttempted to update firmware based on controller recommendations and it bricked the device. Support was not able to recover and told me it is out of 1 year warranty. If the ubiquiti upgrade process bricks the device, seems like they should cover the replacement.

> 24 hourSimilar to what the other one star reviews state. Changed password, clicked on save, it never finished save, completely unresponsive. Reset did nothing, therefore forced to pull power. Which bricks the device just like all the other reviews state. In this case, not even able to ssh in. Does not get an ip address via dhcp, nor does it revert to the failover ip. Returning the device. I have used Ubiquiti products for a number of years. Due to major problems with their Unifi Controller Software ever since release 5.4.8. I thought it may be better to simply use their system on their hardware. WOW, how things have become worse over time is really unbelievable. Such a promising start, but obviously they just cannot keep it going.
