> 3 dayLove this device, i use it for my WiFi and surveillance equipment. Have not had any issues with the device. They are great products. CONS: they seem to be updating the firmware a lot. Dont know if it is improvements or fixes, But it works with no issues

> 3 dayThis is going to sound like a marketing piece for Unifi but Im in love with the Cloud Key. Although I really like the Unifi APs and have used them for years, Ive always found running the controller on a PC (or most recently on a RaspPi) a bit of a PITA. The Cloud Key is absolutely the perfect solution at a bargain price. Plugged it into a POE port on a switch and zipped through the config. Always on, responsive and easy to keep updated-- I love it and now use it regularly to monitor status, performance and attached devices. A big bonus feature is access to 24x7 Support Chat directly from the controller. Love it! Had a little problem recently and had the solution in hand and implemented in 5 minutes after a brief chat.

> 3 dayThis works as expected as part of a overall replace entire network with Unifi. I bought 2 x 8 POE switchs, 1 unpowered 8 port switch, the pro security gateway, two AC access points and 2 cameras. Overall, works as expected. Was able to troubleshoot remotely.

> 3 dayLoses access to SD card intermittently, requires reboot from inside the software to fix - sometimes takes a while. Not a worth while inclusion into a unifi system. Better off with a raspberry pi or a server PC.

> 3 dayWhile the product works great it has one major flaw depending on the POE switch you use with it. This flaw can easily be avoided by using a 5V 1A USB wall charger plugged into a battery backup. I purchased this and a Unifi 24 Port Switch. I plugged everything up and performed the initial configuration and updated the controler and software to the latest versions. When the Unifi Switch starts it supplies power to all of the POE enabled ports and then removes the power before booting competely and supplying power again. If the Cloudkey is plugged in using POE only it obtains power just long enough to start for a short time but not long enough to boot safely before the switch removes power. This removal of power corrupts the install and causes the Cloudkey to fail to boot and the only way to restore functionality is to reset the Cloudkey and either reconfigure everything or restore from backup (which thankfully I had a backup).
