Originally bought the 2.0 but this one is a better size. It fits my glock 19 with 1 mag tightly. In my opinion the 2.0 is a little too bulky but that will fit 2 handguns or 1 with 3 mags depending on what you carry

This is a great portable gun case. I originally bought it so that my father-in-law would have a safe to keep his gun when he comes to visit. Especially since we have a curious two year old running around now. But it has been useful when traveling on vacation. Another added benefit, if you live in a state that allows conceal carry, not all establishments allow firearms. So it gives me peace of mind storing my pistol in this safe when I leave it in my truck. I can’t speak to the resistance against water and I will say it is not a great safe if you need to get to your gun quickly. It’s more of a grab and go gun safe.

I used to use a 50 cal ammo box and lock when I went to places I need to lock a firearm up, this is way nicer and not as obvious. A full size handgun will not fit (think Beretta 92FS) but a small one (Sig Sauer P365) w/ an extra mag and room for pocket knife (Benchmade Mini-Barrage) fit with room left over. The cable lock is a nice touch, but given time and tools, this will not stop a determined thief. Keeping access away from small children though, it is perfect. Just make sure you practice your code and maybe email it to yourself in case you forget...

This is an outstanding gun storage case for the car. I love it so much that I just bought a second one for my other car. It holds a compact pistol (e.g., M&P Shield) with one magazine. You can fit two magazines in there with the Shield, but you have to take out the thick foam to make it work. Setup is easy, and it is very light and portable. I recommend getting the 4-foot cable (which comes with some of the models, or you can buy extra). A great product!!

Locks and unlocks easily and quickly. Quick access when the side buckles are opened if needed. The side buckles should be latched to ensure waterproofing the box. Easily fits small pistols with extra magazines and will fit a full size pistol with no attachments (would likely fit with smaller lights like a TLR7). I purchased this for travel to stow in my luggage and to have when traveling by car in case I need to secure my pistol. This is my second one because my friend liked my first one so much I gave it to him. The box came with a cable attachment and a looped strap attachment. I use the loop mostly because it’s easy to grab when in a backpack and it will lay flat on the box when in a suitcase. It also came with 2 backup keys that only unlock the box if the battery is dead. There is also a micro USB port to power the lock if the battery is dead. Good lock box with more features than the cheaper options!
