My only complaint about this is that the lid is flushed with the whole unit. So, when you need quick access to your firearm, you enter the code, open the two compression latches on the two sides, but the lid will still be closed and flat with the unit. That extra step to open the lid will not only slow you down in an emergency, but can also make you fumble...

This product was not hard to program. The company will reach out to make sure your not having any problems. To me that shows they stand behind their products. I think the product is price perfectly.

I haven’t even laid hands on one I can get into. The one I received was a return so the access code in the booklet didn’t work and customer support was absolutely incredible. They had a new unit in the mail before I could print off the return label for the original mix. It was also great to know they don’t have some master code to send out to reset the device. Will definitely get a few more for miscellaneous stuff.

Id give it 6 stars if I could. Perhaps my opinion will lessen as I experience all that this safe has to offer, like waterproofing & durability. I doubt that because of the quality thats evident from first sight. Well worth the price.

This is great for small items such as money, passports, and pill bottles. Includes a cord so you can tether it. I had one issue with one of the latches breaking, and I contacted the company. Within an hour they responded and within another hour they had emailed that they had already shipped the part! Excellent customer service. I highly recommend purchasing from them.

Nice quality travel case. I also bought the insert package for this. The key pad lights up with a light touch of the finger and it also has a light indicator if the key pad has been used unsuccessfully. (Nice feature, I must have over looked in the description). The cable that comes with this is on the shorter side, maybe 18 inches long. The cable in the insert package is much longer, about 3 feet.

I absolutely love the product! It took a couple tries to set the password correctly, but it is fairly simple. But the safe itself is really nice and high quality!!! The customer service wasn’t the best! I live in NY and am new to the whole gun world. The process here for getting your permit is pretty long! From August until today (7 months). You have to buy the gun upfront. But you don’t get to have the gun until you clear the process (for obvious reasons). So I bought this safe, and 7 months later I finally unbox the safe and excitedly walk into the store just to find out the gun is JUST too big! I had no way of knowing prior. I contacted them to see if I could exchange it for a bigger safe, and they wouldn’t do it. They did reply quickly which I appreciated. But under the circumstances, and with me wanting to still buy with them, I really feel they could have worked something out. The most they would do is give me 5% off the bigger safe. Now I think I will look around at the competition.

Excellent product for a small portable safe. Not too big. The instructions to program it could use a little work, but it’s not impossible to figure out. Great gift for a first time gun owner.

Just received this case and so far so good. It was easy to install the battery and the code. Opened and closed it several times with the code and once with the key. Im happy with it.

Likes: Portability, one-button-hold to lock, opens quickly, charging cable feature permits powering device in the event battery expires Fits compact or sub-compact. I am able to fit compact (w/ no attachments) plus additional mag. Room for improvement: - Advertised as “airtight, dust proof, water resistant” and it’s not. I have not left this in the rain, but dust and air are able to enter; it’s not airtight. Perhaps their newer models are better. - While I haven’t tried, I’m quite certain this safe can be easily defeated with a sledgehammer (it’s mostly plastic and the hinges seem weak). - The lid organizer add-on is a gimmick if you plan to use this to hold a firearm. I can fit my passport and that’s about it. If you do not plan to use this safe for a firearm, but to hold valuables, then I suppose the lid organizer would be handy. My only dislike is the price. I don’t feel the value received matches the price tag. If you’re looking for a small, portable safe, this a decent option.
