VAULTEK LifePod Secure Waterproof Travel Case Rugged Electronic Lock Box Travel Organizer Portable Handgun Case with Backlit Keypad (Olive Camo)

I have been using this case for the past two years, both for indoor ranges and outdoor ranges. I have taken it to the most host and humid places in Central Florida, and have always felt secure leaving my gun in this safe. It does run a bit on the small side, so that my FN509 Tactical pistol hardly fits in there with a threaded barrel. However, it does fit, and is light and convenient to carry.

So I’d like to start off by saying my product came locked and had a changed master code so I could essentially not use it I had bought a returned vaultek life pod. I contacted vaultek and was told to send it back and have a new one shipped out but after having waited over a week for this one to come in I was not going to wait longer. After a bit of fidgeting with the key mechanism I was able to unlock my box it took an hour to get the hang of it but the ability to pick this lock can be disabled inside the pod so no immediate worries there I did find the keys inside of the locked safe so I’m pretty satisfied with the fact that it’s not easy to open if you purchase one be sure to also register it with vaultek and pick up the program button shield

I bought this for my Smith & Wesson m&p m2.0 compact 9mm. I have a custom Blacklist barrel witch sticks out about a half an inch thats threaded with thread protector cap. Gun just barely fits, had to trim the foam all the way to the top and the barrel to the plastic of the case. There is not enough pluck foam to to make an insert for an extra magazine.

This is perfect for securing your 2A in the vehicle when you cant carry. I was a bit concerned when ordering on the size of the case but using the template I was able to see what fits. My concern was a Glock 19 MOS with a Holosun optic looked close to the limit in width. Thankfully it fits perfect. Prior to ordering I wasnt able to find any real information if this particular model would fit, but the online template sold me on the case. The only negative is that it would have been nice to be able to order the pluckable foam and organizer in the standard case (Grey). Other then that, love the operation and look.

Easy set up. Able to carry in car easily without much effort. Been looking for a case for close to a year and am very happy with the one seen at the Sheriffs range while re-qualifying for CCW. Wonderful and would advise to purchase in a heart beat. God Speed

Clearly not meant to be a safe, those reviews are so ridiculous, it’s the size of a large Bible people. It is, however, perfect for keeping a firearm near you with a child present. I always had to keep mine out of reach at night due to my 3 year old daughter getting into everything and this is the perfect fix. Also great to lock in my vehicle in places I can’t conceal and perfect for boat rides! Thing floats and everything! I got the special edition lifepod so that I could get the pull out foam and wallet sleeve included and I’m so glad I did this thing is perfect and I use it every day. Fits in a backpack perfectly as well, literally the size of a book. Will be purchasing one for my wife next pay day. Also, they are in stock on Amazon before they are on the Vaultek website so definitely order it here. Got it in two days with Prime!

This case is light, portable, easy to use and fits perfectly under my seat, making it difficult to see. I previously purchased another case that came in pink camo which I quickly sent back after getting this one and realized the quality difference between the two.

Very simple to open once you set your code. Valuables do not shift or move while locked. Fits my firearm with light attachment and extra mag with ease. Highly recommend this to anyone that wants a simple safe or something for transport.

It should be made longer and little wider !!
