> 3 dayFor a $60 safe I would say it’s a great value. I only give 4 stars for durability because it is plastic so if someone wanted to break into it they would get in but its better than a handgun left unsecured in the car. I have a 3 year old and a 2 year old and now that they are getting good at climbing and opening things it’s not worth the possible risk to my children or anyone for that matter if it’s not locked up. This fits my needs perfectly. Small enough to be easy for travel and camping. Fits in a small bag and for me came with everything in the picture. Also nice to put my ID CPL and a debit card in when I don’t feel like having my whole wallet. That being said I purchased this for a Glock 19. It fits well with a spare mag I have extra foam in it so it fits snug but has plenty of room without the foam. I did order 2 more 4’ cables from their website for $15 each and have one in each vehicle. So I can have it locked and secured in the vehicle if someone was to break a window. Again if they wanted in it and have half a mind for how tools work they will get in. But it can prevent a quick B&E and keeps my curious children safe. I also purchased a $30 Apple AirTag and threw it into the case. It’s not exactly a GPS but I live in a city where lots and lots of people own Apple devices and it seems to get pinged pretty regularly and you can set up notifications on your phone. So if it was to grow legs I would have a window of time to track it and get location data to the police. Not the best option but much better than nothing.

Greater than one weekI think this safe breaks the mold, is it uncrackable no, but that’s not what the safe it for . This is a travel case, something you can fly with ,drive with or leave by your nightstand out of reach of children. Its also discrete and doesn’t scream “gun” my recommendation is spend the 140$ for the lanyard and organizer. It’s totally worth it

> 3 daySo I had bought the LifePod 2.0 assuming that surely my Heckler & Koch USP 40 wouldnt fit inside of the, small let alone fit the gun with the magazine removed (required in California for transport unless you have a CCW) and a spare mag. I liked it well enough, it certainly fit the pistol and multiple mags comfortably. That resulted in my buying the smaller unit in case I carry one of my more compact pistols. Suffice to say after a bit of futzing and faffing about I was floored, I never needed the 2.0 in the first place and unless youre carrying a P226 or a 1911 or something you mightnt need the larger unit either. The thing is huge, the size of this one is MUCH more manageable. Anyhow enough chatter, the above picture shows a full sized USP and 3 mags, thats a total of 40 rounds worth of, blows a lung right out of the body moving clockwise from there youve got a Sig P226 Enhanced Elite with 2 mags, next up is a S&W M&P Shield with a single spare mag and itd certainly hold 2 if you stood them on side and finally a Sig P938 Equinox with 2 mags and again you could get more mags in the thing if need be. While were at it, this bag is the perfect size to carry the case, maybe a box of ammo and a few other items and its cheap to boot. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06Y6949RT?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

> 3 dayAwesome safe that feels super secure. I love the fact that it is water/ dust resistant etc. But you will need to keep in mind the clips on the side is another step to opening. I got the Colin Noir special edition so it comes with the card slots and other cushion. The biggest problem I have is it is barely big enough to hold my shield plus and extra mag. The extra mag tore the pull out squares at the bottom. Maybe I could have made a better layout so keep that in mind. I could always move back to the egg crate cushion if needed.

> 3 dayPurchased this for my truck and Jeep for safe keeping of valuables and firearms. The unit seems solid and good for short term storage. Obviously a thief can cut the tether and open the unit in a private place. One thing is a full-sized handgun barely fits - no extra room for mags or anything else... The only thing I found disappointing was this unit came with the pluck foam to better secure valuables. The foam had been smashed and several of the squares were removed. Obviously once the square is removed it cannot be replaced. I ended up tossing the foam and just using the standard foam also included. I will need to figure something more secure out. All in all a good unit - I liked the American Flag on the outside...

> 3 dayI bought this along with the travel case for a long trip. I wanted to bring my firearm with me. Really happy with this purchase. Likes: The unit feels great, very sturdy and has two locking clips on the sides in addition to the digital lock. Setting up the code was easy, the case that is sold with it fits like a glove and is of great quality. I may buy another just to use as an EDC bag. The lock box will hold a compact handgun and two magazines easily. You can probably get a third in there. When you buy it as a kit with the bag it comes with the locking cable and a lock. These are add on items if bought separately and makes the kit worth the purchase. This get a highly recommend from me.

Greater than one weekI have been using this case for the past two years, both for indoor ranges and outdoor ranges. I have taken it to the most host and humid places in Central Florida, and have always felt secure leaving my gun in this safe. It does run a bit on the small side, so that my FN509 Tactical pistol hardly fits in there with a threaded barrel. However, it does fit, and is light and convenient to carry.

> 3 dayKeeps your stuff protected well. I’m sure it can be broken into but it wouldn’t be easy unless you had a lot of time & tools to work on it. It’s not a cheap made safe. I try to take care of it so can’t speak of how it holds up to abuse. I’ve had it in a light sprinkle briefly but haven’t tested the waterproof aspect and hope I don’t have to, but if I did, I would feel good about doing so as far as it doing it’s job. I was worried about the size from reading reviews that it wouldn’t be big enough but it fit my needs perfect.
