> 3 dayThis is great for small items such as money, passports, and pill bottles. Includes a cord so you can tether it. I had one issue with one of the latches breaking, and I contacted the company. Within an hour they responded and within another hour they had emailed that they had already shipped the part! Excellent customer service. I highly recommend purchasing from them.

> 3 dayWorks very well. I’ve not abused it or exposed it to water. Double check the product description. Water tight characteristic might be addressed. The clamps are tight.

Greater than one weekI was looking for a easy to use and reliable case. Some things I wanted, digital open (biometric or keypad), key back up, easy tether. After reading reviews I fell for the spokesperson recommendation. Person raved about this box, and at the price compared to a key or combo box, it better be. It is not all that. Heres my breakdown. Good, digital keypad, back up key option, light and watertight (not common.) Bad, key pad is not intuitive. It does not open or lock like most industry standards. Still it does work well. Tether seems to be a proprietary size, so you buy from them or go without. Now what pushed it over to negative, the latches for the watertight closure. They catch. When you need to open this, or close it, any time delay, malfunction fix etc is too long and this is common. I wont be sending it back, but I will only use it in very specific ways. Another point on the latches, they hand there when not used making it larger, catch on things, or forcing you to use the latches even if you do not want or need to.

28-11-2024I bought this lock box in order to be able to secure valuables under the seat in my car. This lock box has proven to be excellent. First, it is very easy to open and lock. I wanted something that would not be a pain to operate and this definitely fits the bill. Secondly, this case is quite secure when locked. While I am not a professional thief, it seems very solid. Overall, for the price paid, I believe that this is one of the better options for lock boxes. I highly recommend it.

> 3 dayI like this thing a lot. Build quality and materials are very nice to the touch. I would buy it again if I had too. My only quam if I had to be picky is that my unit came with two bottom eggshell foam pieces instead of one for the top and one for the bottom or I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately I only have the bottom one. Ive seen the YouTube vids that show eggshell for top and bottom so I assumed thats what I would get and to be fair I have not contacted vaultek for the top eggshell foam piece but other than that this thing is pretty awesome.

> 3 dayButtons only register/work 1/3 of the time and makes an audible noise every time you tap the buttons. In an emergency situation like a break in, youll likely be found out from the noise or run out of time to use the firearm due to failed attempts. A simple way to mitigate this issue would be to change the buttons from the light almost “touch screen” like actuation to normal buttons. That way it would register your action every time.
