Vornado 460 Small Whole Room Air Circulator Fan with 3 Speeds, 460-Small, Black

Pros are that it is a great air circulator and its just the right size to be felt but not be in the way. Cons are that the head is attached to a price of metal that wont let it be aimed too low nor go side to side. If youre just leaving on table or floor u can move the whole thing but I wanted to attach to the wall.

this is a very powerful small fan. it blows a lot of air in one direction. has a sturdy base. it wont fall over if the cat knocks it. it does not oscillate, but you can adjust the direction of air stream up or down. my only gripe is the fans position is held by friction- and it slips a little. if you aim the fan toward the ceiling, or the floor for that matter, it will eventually level out. (l guess that means its well-balanced) l resolved this issue by jamming a toothpick between the frame and the bracket to hold its position. no big deal. this fan has been been busy since its arrival. it still appears clean. l dont think the guard comes off, so it might be tough to clean. well see... l would buy this fan again. its way more effective than a $10 fan from a box store

Very pleased with this. It is very effective in circulating air around the room, and takes up very little space. It does make some noise, but for me thats a positive--it doubles as a white-noise machine.

Definitely recommend! This small air circulator (not a fan, youll understand when you buy) is quiet and powerful. Sleep with a fan normally pointed at me in the bedroom. With this I just point it at the ceiling or opposite wall and still feel a nice small breeze in the whole room. Will also use this is the summer to circular air into the room that doesnt get AC. Easily would remember this if youre looking for a lot of airflow

Bought this along with the Honeywell Turboforce Fan, Ht-900, 11 inch to compare the two. The lowest setting on this fan moves about the same as the higher on the Honeywell, but the higher settings are proportionally more noisy. Back handle makes for easy moving, though the same handle also makes it a bit hard to reach the speed setting.

Powerful! I have 3 other models. Great for cooling an entire room. Turn on switch in a strange place, but doesn’t take away from the fans power.

This fan is amazing. We have one long hallways that spans the distance from one end of the house to the other and this fam actually is so effective that it can blow air and circulate it that entire distance. Yes its actually intended as a single (large) room circulator and it does a fantastic job at that, we can set it on low and it moves the air very nicely and you dont hear anything. Its awesome.

After just a month of light use, the fan already clicks and rattles.
