These are certainly a major upgrade over the standard guards that come with wahl clippers. Before I got my cordless wahl magic clippers I had andis clippers and the andis premium guards are made of stronger plastic and have a more premium feel. But wahl premium guards are good enough and definitely better than the trash ones that come with the clippers. For some plastic and a little metal to hold the clip in place I think they are overpriced but thats just my opinion. I felt I had to buy them because the regular guards were pretty much useless for me. I am not a professional barber. Id recommend these for personal use.

Great gaurs

I previously bought another brand. Clipper was OK, guards flimsy. I broke all guards within a year and couldnt find replacements. I bought two sets for these to make sure I wouldnt run out. That was a mistake... The first set should last years and outlast the clippers. Hoarder much?

It’s perfect

Super sturdy & clips onto the clippers well!!

I love how the guards stay on tight and don’t give me a wiggy feeling with my basic wahl guards. They feel stronger than the basic guards but I don’t like how it didn’t came with a 1/2 and a 1 1/2

Everything came right

A big improvement of the ones that came with the clippers.

I love having the place to store them and the metal clip makes them very secure on my clippers and they don’t wear down as fast as the plastic ones. They don’t come with the 1/2 or the 1 1/2 but you can order those separately. All around I love them
