> 3 dayThese can add a couple inches in length to your baby gate and are super easy to install. The grip on them on is sturdy and your gate will not move. I have had them for a year so far and they have left no marks on my walls.

> 3 dayThe first product I bought Didnt even cut close to want I needed. Im sure that was on me, looking at different products and stirring away from the one I wanted. I bought a 36 inch extender and was considering another 4 inch! I had about 62.5 inches to cover, Ugh I was so short, but I was able to order these 2 inch nanny extenders (4 - 2 top and 2 bottom along with another 36 inch extender w/o a gate and it fit the exact size I needed.) My dog is still a pup ( a naughty one at that) and her head can squeeze thru the edges, its only a matter of time before her head gets too big, if you have smaller dogs, get a other extender to close he gap.

> 3 dayThe wall nanny extender has been a great help with our baby gate. It was easy to install and helps to keep our walls from getting torn up. We would buy again if needed

> 3 dayFound out that our house is an odd width at the stairs and just couldn’t make the baby gate work. These saved us from having to buy a brand new gate. Very effective.

> 3 dayIf you are like us and only have awkward places to put a baby gate, these make life so much easier. We have 1 on either side of the baby gate at the bottom of our stairs (which has to be put up between the posts of the handrails - there aren’t walls) and 2 on either side of the baby gate leading to our basement and mud room (a hallway that is extra wide). The wall nannies add stability and a few extra inches of width to give the baby gate that you thought was too narrow a chance to work! Before I found these I thought I would have to buy whole new baby gates. These have saved us a lot of money and trouble.

> 3 dayI needed an odd size dog gate for my hallway. The gate I wanted would have been stretched to its limit and the next size up was too wide to fit. Using Wall Nanny gave the smaller gate more stability, because I didnt have to screw out as far to keep the pressure on. It also helps from the gate pressure from marking up my walls. I did have to rig a little wire, because the space from the wall was large enough for my mini dachshund to squeeze through... But she is a little Houdini. Our other animals were contained. I am very happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayOur wall has a trim which made our child gate a little short on one side. And this is what I needed! It’s sturdy with the rubber on the flat side to make it won’t slide on the wall!!

> 3 dayThe Nanny extenders work well with our baby gate - so far no marks on the walls and they are holding firmly. Wish there were different lengths to chose from as one of our gates has the base on one side on the base board and on the other side under a kitchen cabinet. We had to add blocks of wood to bring the surface out to meet the Nanny Extender. If you are using a gate for a puppy - the extenders do extend the actual size of opening your gate will fit.....but the result is a larger than normal opening between the wall and the actual gate.....so our puppy quickly discovered access to where she wasnt supposed to go....but in a few weeks shell be too big to fit through, so just a learning lesson for us.
