Greater than one weekI purchased these Wall Nanny Extenders as I had bought a 1st Pressure Mounted Gate that was about 20cms too narrow & it was impossible to get a 7cm Extension add on for it in New Zealand. These Extenders did the trick. I Super Glued them to the adjusting feet of the gate so it was easy to set the gate up. Once the gate was up & adjusted, the Nanny Extenders spread the load so that there would be no indentations on the plasterboard. The Gate is now set up firmly in the doorway with no sign of movement or slippage off the wall. The Nanny Extenders are well made & are reasonably priced.

> 3 dayI must have the the most uncommon stairway opening because I cannot find a gate that fits exactly in the opening. Either the gate is too big or too small. Even the gates with various extenders do not work out very well. I finally settled on a gate that came close. It came with a 4 and 10 inch extender. 10 inches was about too big by an inch. The 4 inch extenders still left too much space on the sides. These nanny extenders added an additional 2 inches on both sides, so now the gate fits tightly in the opening. Havent had any issues so far. I could easily knock down the gate if I tried, but our baby shouldnt be able to knock this down even with the extenders.

> 3 dayThese extenders were easy to use and stable. The problem is that the gate itself is meant to stand up to a human child, not a German Shepherd. I still think this is a good product but it would be nice if the extenders could screw into the wall. Perhaps they can, but screws were not included and I didn’t want to risk breaking the extenders. Overall a good product though and I’m happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayWe have two baby gates for the dog, and the cats struggle to squeeze through the side or to jump over. I was searching for replacements with a little cat door, but we really like our existing gates. We bought a set of these and a set of the flat ones, and we were able to create the perfect side space on each gate for the cats. They help the stability was well. I couldnt be happier!

> 3 dayGreat for extending a baby gate. The only reason I gave 4 stars was it says 4 inch extension, implying that each side adds 4 inches for a total of 8 inches. It actually only adds 2 inches to each side for a total of 4 inches. I really needed 4 inches on each side. Overall its a good purchase if you need 2 inches on each side.

Greater than one weekThe first product I bought Didnt even cut close to want I needed. Im sure that was on me, looking at different products and stirring away from the one I wanted. I bought a 36 inch extender and was considering another 4 inch! I had about 62.5 inches to cover, Ugh I was so short, but I was able to order these 2 inch nanny extenders (4 - 2 top and 2 bottom along with another 36 inch extender w/o a gate and it fit the exact size I needed.) My dog is still a pup ( a naughty one at that) and her head can squeeze thru the edges, its only a matter of time before her head gets too big, if you have smaller dogs, get a other extender to close he gap.

> 3 dayPerfect for what we needed. Extended the use of the gate to a larger stairway. Easy set up and grippy enough to hold to the wall with tension.
