It is really easy to place it where it is needed.

Light pole and goose neck too flimsy and not stable.

I got this little guy about 3 weeks ago at a pet shop and he was still being hand fed formula and was in a cage with 2 other baby parrots of a different species. He seemed to be the little guy of the bunch and looked like he needed some love. He was so sweet and loving so I bought him. As you can see from the pics, he has transformed very well over the last 3 weeks and is doing great with weaning from formula. I was told by our vet that he would need a UVB lamp and or lots of sunshine for his health. I purchased this lamp and it was very easy to assemble and is sturdy. He seems to like it so far!

Everything with this lamp; at least met or exceeded expectations!

What a waste of money. Wobbly and not secure at all. Poorly designed.

very good product my birds love it only problem is it can burn you and keratinize your skin so make sure you turn it off when cleaning

The lamp is outstanding, yet the post is a little flimsy. It bends easily and Im afraid that is going to crack. Thus far, is holding on to the expectation. My bird loves it, and Ive strategically positioned it, so she feels safe under the lamp as it radiates a little heat for her to feel warm. Her behavior has improved along with her overall health.
