Not bad for the price

It’s really good I actually got it two days earlier than they said they were going to send it to me which that is great

I really like this! I have an HP that is SO slow and would take forever to do anything. This laptop is quick, very fast response. I like the light weight, making it easy to take with me. It doesnt have a card reader or DVD reader but I dont use them that much on my other laptop anyway. So no great loss to me.The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that the volume is really low. I have it turned all the way up and it is still had to hear a video. I will be buying an alternate sound system to use. I did get the package with the mouse and extra memory. Oh you will need to download the manual since one doesnt come with it. Make sure to put the manual on another device in case this computer should go down for any reason. The only gaming I do is a game on FB and it works great for that. Over all its a great little computer. A great buy.

Its not win 7 like i asked for in the search bar? Win10 is the pits, helpless feeling when it takes over and does its u dont matter act, delaying your life frequently with auto updates, without asking you if you have time for that at all. The media player cant open all jpgs or even some thumbnail jpgs in the the file folders. Does anyone know where we can get an OS that doesnt act like a dictator AND is user friendly ? thanks if you do. Another problem with Win10 is that when you save a picture it makes it jpeg, instead of jpg, which means you have to go thru and rename all the files to .jpg or it wont open them sometimes. Not USER FRIENDLY system. ie; you are on time for theater, you start pc/laptop to print tickets, nope,,its countermanding your needs and doing a 34 min update without your permission, sick, now you are very late and your fem friend is irate too, thanks SIN10. SOME auto updates are long like 2-3 hours, imagine trying to do your job with that in your face.

this laptop didnt come with an original charger . i bought an older model and the charger mark acer on it. i also find the trackpad is sticking sometimes

its a good value for the money, it works ok

Edit: I’ve now had this computer just over a year and it is having a plethora of problems. I no longer recommend buying it and changed my star rating from 4 to 2. It runs very slowly. The charger doesn’t work anymore. It stalls and videos don’t always stream. The Bluetooth is still a problem. I’ve scanned it for viruses and it checks out clean, and I’ve tried troubleshooting the slowness and it will get better, but it always comes back. It’s a good price, but only count on it lasting for a year.

The right side of the screen popped off the hinges around 14 months after purchase (limited warranty only lasts for 12 months), and this week the charger stopped functioning properly and only works if I hold it in one very specific position. DO NOT BUY if you are looking for a laptop that lasts much longer than one year - so disappointing and frustrating. PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE IS A PLAGUE UPON THE CONSUMER

This is such a quality laptop for the value price. The low ram can be easily upgraded for under $30 and theres everything needed to add a 2.5 SSD under the hood. Very pleased with this purchase. The screen also will absolutely not be beat at this price point.

Works exactly as advertised, its a must buy.
