Got this for some college classes I’m taking and it works quite well. Only issue sometimes it can be a bit slow but it always gets the job done. Very nice computer for the price

Bought this for my son so he could do his schoolwork. I thought it would be great because of the price & reviews but you get what you pay for. The performance was pretty slow opening web pages, the volume was low to average & would probably need external speakers unless youre in a quiet room. The reason Im returning is the mouse pad just stopped working. Its a piece of crap, not worth the stress.

Great for some games but can’t run all games

Originally gave this review one star, believing the charging port on the laptop had failed. However, ordering a new charger for $20 for this exact model fixed the issue. The connection on the charger itself is what was worn, not the laptop charging port on the laptop itself, thank goodness. Otherwise like the laptop for the money. The touchpad was oversensitive out of the box, but reducing the sensitivity in windows mostly fixed this issue, which also can depend on the weather and amount of static in the air.

I know nobody like to get broken stuff in the mail. The screen on this was shattered. The amazon mailing box was is good condition, but the factory box was damaged. It clearly should have never been shipped. But the return was so smooth. It just held me up for 2 days. So I’m not going to give the a bad review based on that.

I bought this for my 13 year old son for Christmas. He uses it for school since we are doing home school for the rest of the school year. He uses it to stream his classes and he takes notes and completes all of his school projects on it. I did do some research because he had some other lap tops that were gifted to him by other friends & family and both of them stopped working very quickly. I didn’t want to run into that with this one. He does play some games on it. It seems to be a good computer. He’s had no trouble with it at all. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Anyone who said the webcam sucks must need to upgrade their internet connection.. the webcam works perfect fine.. another thing I saw was about the volume, yes it’s pretty low but it’s ok for a laptop, I mean I don’t see how loud it needs to be:: this computer is amazing especially considering the price.: I was ready to complain and send it back because of some of the reviews but I am sooo happy with this beautiful computer and glad I didn’t let those reviews stop me..

Best value for a laptop on amazon by far. If you spend $30 to double the RAM then you have a full-functioning amazing laptop that will not lag at all and for less than the cost of a decent chromebook. This is the best laptop on the market right now. Im about to buy a second one for myself as a backup. This laptop is incredible as-is if you intend on installing linux. Probably the best laptop you can find for a linux machine.

This is easily my best purchase of 2019. So glad I bought it.
