The only disappointments was the mouse pad. It is unresponsive sometimes. The texture does not help, your fingers stick to it instead of glide. It also lacks cd/dvd drive.

Screen didnt work

The speakers are on the bottom of the computer so when watching any video or listening to music the volume has to be up all the way just so you can hear it... it’s the worst design. I have to watch videos with my laptop at an angle so the speakers are facing me. I wouldn’t buy this laptop again.

I got this as a gift for my mother. She mostly plays slot machine and Facebook games, and she’s always complained that her laptop was slow. This actually runs those fast as a normal site loading. The graphics are clear and high quality. I’m sure it could run more taxing games, but it’s perfect for what she uses it for and will be good enough to last a while.

Not a gaming laptop. This is a laptop for someone who is maybe starting school or just wants a laptop for casual use and minimal gaming. Its pretty good for that purpose but this isnt a gaming laptop. If thats what u are looking for then nah this isnt it. Its a good laptop tho

This laptop has been great for school work, and content creation only issue I have with this laptop is that the audio keeps crackling for some reason but other then that this laptop is great!

Paid for what I thought was a new laptop but apparently this was refurbished and repackaged marketed and sold as “new condition” very disappointing.

Bought broke down THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND. warranty purchased still no good Buy at your own RISK

Very good laptop for the money. Screen quality excellent. Like the backlit keyboard. Going to upgrade SSD and memory.
