Great laptop however every time it is in sleep or hibernate mode it has to restart and windows thinks its crashed

We bought it for school use and running a silhouette machine

just added a 8gb ram (total 12gb ram) and a old 120gb SSD, feels good~

Its a nice laptop. My old lap top died and I needed something inexpensive and soon. I It came on time. I had to get used to not having a sd drive slot and no touch screen, but other than that it gets the job done. Ive had it for about 3 month now. I use it to run a few small businesses including my preschool.

I know nobody like to get broken stuff in the mail. The screen on this was shattered. The amazon mailing box was is good condition, but the factory box was damaged. It clearly should have never been shipped. But the return was so smooth. It just held me up for 2 days. So I’m not going to give the a bad review based on that.

I would 100% recommend this to anyone!

I upgraded the memory to 16G (came with 4G). NVMe boot drive is fast but small so I added a 2nd SSD for storage to meet my level of use. This laptop works great with my upgrades.

The trackpad died

Its a good little movie and writing laptop. It cant have many things open at once, and the webcam flickers but I like it.
