> 3 dayOverall I really like this. Backlit keyboard is a plus for me and good processor speed. One thing I do not like is the very very sensitive touch pad. A button of some type should be there to click. Fortunately I have a alternative since I use this to DJ to eliminate mistakes.

> 3 dayI bought this laptop. It failed after 2 months. I sent in a repair request. No response. I sent in a second repair request no response. So I called Amazon. They conference me in with Acer who confirm warranty. They said I was 2nd in queue and would be 5 -10 minutes. After 54 minutes AMazon said someone from Acer would call me back. Of course I never got that call either. THis laptop is low quality and you cannot get a repair or support so stay away because as soon as you have a problem Acer is of no help.
