nice computer for home use. easy to setup. Runs fast. Light weight.

I liked it at first, but after a couple of months a grey line appeared on the screen and the HD started to make a noise. There is no self-check tool. All they offer is that we return the equipment at our own expense to receive it back God knows when. Talking to support is nearly impossible.

This is a nice computer. Bought because my HP fell apart after just 2 years and constantly froze up, very slow to do anything - hated it...got this based on 18,000 ratings and amazons choice. Love the backlit keyboard as I sit and surf and type in the dark. Two minor negatives, as mentioned in video and customer reviews are a slightly dimmer screen than my last 3 laptops, just slightly but not that noticeable and definitely the speakers should be a bit louder but either headphone or $20 stand alone cheap computer speakers an option. Neither of these negatives are strong enough to dissuade me from recommending this Acer. The AMD Ryzen chip seems faster than my previous low end Intel Pentium, so I am very happy with the speed (depends on your internet speed too you know)...I like the keyboard and mouse feel as well. Build quality to be determined in time but seems good. Price fluctuates alot i am shocked to see...catch it on low end around $365...watch the price change daily, up to $460...so be cagey!!! yep, get one.

I really do love this product, quick as lighting to start up, no bloatware upon finishing the quite fast(less then 5 minute) setup. what an amazing find. Would definitely recommend. This is not meant for gaming and DOES NOT have touchscreen as included

Great for the price I payed, and to think it costs more now than 3 years ago.

This is a very good value laptop for light duty such as email, web surfing, word processing, spreadsheets, etc. Solid state drive is great for fast boot up. Can upgrade RAM. Not touchscreen. Good display resolution, high quality keyboard. Installed with Windows 10S which works fine for the above described applications.

Having problem setting up for use. Called Acer support and they were no help.

I have had a computer for several years,so this is not my first try. I have had this laptop for 4 hours and it will not go to the next page in the set up. It is hooked up to my wifi. But it is on Properties and will go no father. Any suggestions?
