A very nice laptop for everyday usage, screen quality is excellent. The only gripe I have is the harddrive size, but that is easily remedied with a external HD. Overall very happy with it, especially for the price.

As a result of shelter-in-place initiatives, I bought TWO of these laptops in March for kids to use as part of the virtual education with Zoom as a regular need.

Purchased as an email reader and Internet surfing laptop. Love the lighted keyboard. No problems with startup out of the box and good performance to date. Will try to update this review after a year of use.

Bought this laptop for my girlfriend as a holiday gift. She really likes it. It has a beautiful screen display. She doesnt do any gaming or anything like that on it. Its basically for youtube, netflix, spotify, etc. and it works great for that.

I got this as a replacement for an ASUS laptop I bought on here. And Im happy with it, I havent had any problems with it so far and Ive had it for a couple of months now. I love the screen size and that the keyboard lights up. I am able to use it for working from home and gaming as well.

I bought this laptop for school work, it handles multitasking with ease. I chose to add an additional 4gb of Ram and a 2.5” SSD. Ram and SSD installation were extremely easy. Make sure you have screws to mount the SSD to the bracket. Also the SSD will most likely need to be formatted if it is brand new. The laptop display, keyboard and touch pad are all great.

This is a good laptop at a good price. The lighted keys are a plus. Lacks a touchscreen but that is in the specs. Loads very quickly with the SSD boot drive but the drive is very small and you may have to add a drive if you have a lot of pictures and files. The only problem I had is adding a secondary hard drive. I have worked with Acer and Western Digital Customer Service, ordered what I was told would work, but the connectors would not match up. Amazon did take the drive I ordered back. I am now going to try the SSD option, but I will have more money in this laptop than I would if I had I got one with more storage ad memory. If you will need more storage, this is something you should consider.

The laptop itself is sleek and stylish with a fairly decent light-up keyboard. I had to upgrade the ram in the laptop and change it away from a version of windows that can be changed to normal for free. (Look up a walk-thru on Youtube if you need help.)
