> 3 dayI have owned this machine for less than a year and it has worked fine. Now the joint that flips up the screen is separating and I am sure will eventualy break. So its a disposable laptop...good for a year or so.

> 3 dayGreat laptop! however, I am unable to get the join button on teams. I was told its a machine issue because I am able to access it on my old laptop. Probably I can get some assistance with this problem please.

> 3 dayVery easy set up, and adequate for all home and school use. Remember, this is not a high power laptop with high price. But, you get a lot of computer for the money. Highly recommended for home and school and basic office work. Gaming would need a much more expensive and powerful machine. So, if you want a gaming computer this isnt it. If you want a good laptop that delivers more than you pay for, this is definitely it.

> 3 dayThe help function wasnt helpful, neither was the online help, but my local computer store fixed the problem in no time. (I did the same exact thing with a different result, so maybe the helps were helpful, it was just me..)

> 3 dayWOW!! Great laptop for the $, OUTSTANDING screen, backlit keyboard [a must for me] I looked snd read many reviews till I found this laptop $316.00 us or [503$ cdn $ to my door], fast to, slim and light, alm. top cover, comfortable keyboard, ACCER has hit the mark here, ive had laptops costing 600$ 700$ not as good, does everything well, not suitable for serious gamers, and battery life is appx. 4 to 5 hrs in reality, and no touchscreen, [I think touchscreen is, stupid on a laptop anyway, IVE NEVER liked a laptp like this 1 in 20 years of using them, and the price is great, IMO ITS UNTOUCHABLE AT THIS PRICEPOINT. could use a bit more storage, but that is possible to upgrade, if you need a laptop, and have $300 to 350$ us [$500] cdn. $, there is no other choice.

> 3 dayAfter a lot of research and watching youtube videos that did pro/con reviews on this Acer laptop, I decided to make the plunge. We only needed the laptop for work, so there will be no graphic intensive applications and no gaming on it either. I debated on upgrading the memory to 8GB, but once again, how we are using the laptop determined that this step was not necessary. All we had to do to get it work ready was to disable Windows 10 S mode, which was really easy. Installed chrome, since all the work stuff is on Google Drive and other Google apps.

Greater than one weekI bought this laptop a week ago. The touch pad worked at first. Once, I upgraded Windows 10. The touch pad stopped working. I went to the Acer site, to download a new driver for this pos. Of course it didnt work. Thats why Im giving this a bad review! Ive tried several things to fix this laptop. None of them worked!
