Greater than one weekThe laptop itself is ok, however for many apps I need, Windows is asking to upgrade the system to be able to use apps like Zoom or to download browsers like Chrome, and the upgrade costsmoney an extra $100 plus. I can only use Microsoft Edge for browsing unless I pay more to get out of S mode whatever that is, Microsoft edge not being the best browser at all, give me Microsoft Explorer vibes, and I can’t accomplish all I need to do with it. Feeling frustrated and considering just saving for a Mac book instead of paying for an “Upgrade.” Unfortunately I may have to end it paying because in order to work efficiently, I have to get out of S mode. I’m not happy with having with the S mode and all the restrictions. Then I final paid for the update, so I could get out of S mode, and now I have Windows 10 pro S mode instead, trying to get out of that S mode even paying the upgrade, and Microsoft is making it so difficult, so basically paid for the upgrade and it’s not letting me switch out of S mode, without a fight, what a joke.

> 3 dayHad less than a year. Under warranty wouldn’t fix it. Wanted me to pay more than what I even paid for, for the device itself. Battery went out.

> 3 dayI bought this laptop because it was cheap, yet many reviewers still raved about the quality, especially after a couple hardware upgrades (RAM & memory), which I also upgraded. Well, lesson learned: Dont cheap out when buying something so important that will be with you for years to come.
