> 3 dayBe careful the acer comes with windows 10s and not able to get to 10 without S spent 2 hours on phone with there tech, finally he gave up and sending a thumb drive windows without s, I am sending it back.

> 3 dayI am utterly disappointed in this purchase. I bought it to replace my sons old Chromebook. Hes had it LESS THAN 3 days and the touchpad stopped working (better this than 3 months down the road, but still...).

> 3 dayI have only had this laptop for a few months. I’m older and don’t use computers frequently. I use it maybe 2x’s a week. I use the Cricut design studio and a picture slideshow maker on occasion. I also use it to watch Netflix. Well after just a few month of having it the screen went completely crazy and I can’t see anything. I was using it to watch Netflix got a pop up saying it needed to restart for new software and after that the screen was so distorted I couldn’t see a thing. A new computer that is rarely used should not have this problem. Now after paying so much for a new computer I’m going to have to pay someone to fix it. Very disappointed

Greater than one weekThis is the only laptop Ive ever owned that randomly freezes or slows down even when there are hardly any programs running. Maybe its an anomaly but I wouldnt take the chance. It is extremely annoying.
