This is the most frustrating computer. The computer itself is fine but the Microsoft 10 will not under any circumstances let me open or download anything google related. I did research on how to fix this and tried changing out of S mode and still nothing. So frustrating. Have no way to access my email and there’s no Microsoft number to call.

I mean, who buys a laptop for the speakers, but the built in speakers on this computer suuuuuck. If youre a person who uses computer speakers a lot when watching things, do not get this computer. Theyre terrible. Otherwise the computer works fine.

Just no space for anything. Can’t even run simple games.

Bought for our 9 year old grandson for gaming.

We spent four days trying to set this up, on the phone with Amazon forever. We were going to send it back but we took it to a local computer store and they could not set it up either. They had to start all over and erase everything. It cost me 150 dollars. I should have just returned it but I don’t have time. It’s actually worth the 150 bucks for me not to have to deal with it.

This laptop broke before it was even a year old. One of the hinges came unglued and then eventually broke, which caused a wire to break that was somehow connected to WiFi. Not a bad laptop in other respects but clearly made very cheaply.

Good laptop for its price, is nice and fast. I like the design.

I had only bought second hand laptops for a while...but when I bought this, I was nervoius. I am SPOILED! The screen, the lighting, the keyboard light, the ease, the speed. EVERYTHING.

i bought this in January 14 2021 the screen is wiggle lines all over and can not see screen i think it should have lasted longer then this very disappointed i will never by this brand again i have HP that has lasted for 5and 6 years
