the only issues i find that it have a heating problem when it unplug

Amazing CPU, ram, SSD, and IPS screen meaning best value for your typical laptop usage. Its aluminum so feels/look really sleek and doesnt gunk up like plastic. Only issue is the trackpad has the left/right click hidden under, and not being able to actually feel where the buttons are but also being able to move the mouse when Im trying to click is pretty annoying. Its annoying for me a lot actually where I wish it had buttons, but the general specs and metal cover are too good to pass up. Dont think any other laptop can compete at this pricepoint for how fast it will work and how good the panel will look.

Use this for basic daily tasks online and for creating google docs, sheets, etc. After a month, I am very pleased with the functionality and battery life of this device. Great value and product.

Bought this as an inexpensive backup laptop. The first thing upon opening the box was how incredibly solidly built it was, equal to more expensive laptops. Very slim, but not a bit dinky. I dont use it for gaming or anything where I would need more than 4GB, so that was not important to me. It is terrific that it has a backlit keyboard, very helpful when typing in a dimly-lit room. I think this brand is probably underrated. Ive been very happy with it, except for the volume. Better volume, Id give it 5 stars.

Easy to use for my daughter nice product.

This is by far the biggest laptop I’ve owned, I typically go for smaller, more portable devices. I thought I’d go for a larger screen this time and I’m glad I did. This thing is awesome. The screen quality is super sharp, hi-def videos and photos look great. It’s perfect for watching Netflix and movies while traveling. It’s also super fast, it loads up from reboot in 30 seconds and is ready to go. It has plenty of ports so that’s a really big plus. The keyboard feels great, nice depth to the keys and they have a sort of grain like texture which is very nice to the touch. I also love that there is a number pad on the right of the keyboard like you’d see on a standard desktop setup. The speakers are pretty loud but I’ve always been more a headphone type of of guy. I haven’t done any gaming on this as I’m a console player so I can’t speak to how well it handles video games but the specs are good and it has a good graphics card. This laptop is large, light, and quiet. It’s perfect for viewing media and getting work done which is what I’ll be using it for. Maybe some photo editing as well considering how sharp everything looks on this. For the money this laptop is great, I have zero complaints. 5/5 stars.
