> 3 dayI had purchased this exact laptop for my daughter last week and her laptop worked perfectly, so I ordered another for my son and his did not work properly. It stated non genuine Windows, cant activate windows without a license and we had to keep laptop charger plugged in, or it kept draining. Beautiful looking laptop on the outside but the inside was crap. Very disappointed so I returned the product. Walmart sells them so I may go that route.

> 3 dayI bought this product to use for grad school and work (I own an online business). I did install an additional 8gb ram card because of the reviews I saw before I purchased this laptop. The reasons I love it are the large display, the light weight, and the fact that I can easily run the basic programs I need to use on it. There are 2 cons that you may want to keep in mind: the sound and camera quality are not the best...maybe even terrible? I dont have to have the best camera quality and I use a speaker or headphones for the sound, so it doesnt bother me so much.

> 3 dayThis computer is actually very good. But the hinges they use on the screen break easily. I did not drop the computer at all. Computer is only 11 months old. Called for repair they said they get a lot of calls on this model for the hinges breaking. Cost to repair is $150 US. I will not buy an ACER computer again. They will not stand behind this product.
