Works well

I work from home online, and take university classes. I dont need a lot of memory or performance, just a nice, reliable laptop that can handle average use. Wow! This is an excellent value. Set up was less than 5 minutes (and Im not fluent with this stuff by any means). It came fully charged, and I was browsing as usual within minutes. If you want to get out of Windows Home S, it is super easy--watch 30 second tutorial on YouTube. I prefer Chrome as a browser, so I opted to switch out of S, and it was done in under 1 minute. I use web based programs, Word, and Excel. This machine can do infinitely more than I will ever need it to. Nice design, sleek, lightweight, backlit keys, and I like the 9 key on the side for all my math courses. It was delivered as promised, well protected in product box inside Amazon box. I highly recommend this laptop!

Bought this based on the specs and price. The picture on the site does not do this sleek little machine justice. Ergonomically, this machine rivals the top of the line for the layout of its keyboard and mouse control. I am very hard to please when it comes to Tech Stuff but this puppy is most definitely worth every penny. Buy it!

its a good laptop, BUT I cannot get it to keep my address in its memory, it was first used in California and thats where it keeps going back to kinda hard to look up something local and its looking in Huntington beach ca. and I live in western NY

Ive had a serious problem since I purchaseed this laptop. I sent it to Acer 3 times because, I was under the manufacturer warranty and things were not working. Then I had to go with the added protection that I purchased they had to replace the hard drive. Im really not pleased with this product.

This laptop is pretty good for my needs . It starts up fast. You can take it out of S mode easily. Good graphics.

My daughter used this for college. Computer is fine but the hinge for screen came unglued from screen case and is now difficult to open and close. The hinge isn’t broken so I can’t even replace it, it just has come unglued from one side .

For the price I paid, I am throughly pleased! I own a MacBook but I’m not too fond of the setup for school work. This is just what I needed

This laptop was at the top of my list as far as cost and processing speed, but there seem to be a lot more things to be irritated about than excited about.
