I like the light thin design of this laptop. The battery life has been good and its been trouble-free since I bought it 5 months ago.

I was never a fan of Acer for years and this might change my mind. I usually go for quality brands but I had to make adjustments because my life went downhill- ANYWAY, first impression is good. Nicely boxed. As soon as you turn on the computer there is a voice walkthrough to setup your computer (which is cool, Im used to setting up myself). Screen is awesome. Sharp. Product hardware is nice and light weight. Its good for basics to moderate use. Battery life is a lil low but its a big screen- its to be expected. I leave it plugged in most of the time anyway. I dont recommend hardcore gaming. Get a gaming console instead. Personally I dont use the Windows S mode, its not compatible with the apps I wanted to run so I switched out (Note to self: Once u change u cant change back). Overall its a quality device for the price you pay. Lastly Ill say it again- I cant believe I bought an Acer and Im already liking it. You get the point

I liked it at first but then it started to get stuck and stopped working. The mouse stopped working after kne months of purchase but now am gonna return it.

I settled on the Acer Aspire 5 after a few weeks of researching a solid and affordable laptop. The Acer arrived today and I’m super happy with my decision. The display is crisp, the keyboard is snappy, and overall, it looks great. I’ve downloaded a few apps, which were installed pretty quick. The volume good, but at max it’s not crazy loud which I’m fine with.
