Fast and quiet. Easy to setup. I have not heard the CPU fan at all. Doesnt get hot in your lap either. For the money, you cannot beat this laptop.

Advertised as 15.6 screen, but came as only 13! Received a 25% discount. Very happy with the 3.9GHz processor, which allows for online gaming. I especially appreciate the lighted keyboard. This ultra thin computer, though, has no DVD/CD drive.

Been 3 mths since I bought it and have to say its really good, saw some people complain about fan noise, mines completely quiet barely hear it when it comes on very fast computer absolutely love it battery doesnt live up to what they claim tho Ill get about 4 maybe 5 hours watching movies on it ,but its not a deal breaker everything else works as they claim.

My 10 year old son saved money for a year to buy this laptop. After reading the description and asking questions, we were confident that the laptop would be able to play Fortnite. Unfortunately, it cannot play the game smoothly and the game lags continuously. I have reached out to customer service several times with no response. It might be a good laptop for other uses, but not for gaming. The poor customer service will keep me from buying another laptop of this brand.

I still can not believe the incredible quality of the screen. The full HD1080 is mind blowing compared to what I had been using for years. I am still getting used to how Fast this sweet little laptop is as well! I used to turn the computer on and then walk away to get coffee or do something while the laptop Woke Up and was ready for me. This new Acer Aspire is ready for me right away. Very happy with its speed.

for the most part i am extremely happy with this lap top. it was reasonably priced and Ive only had a few issues with the display settings and with the computer going to sleep on me. but i think i figured it out. besides that, the screen is a nice size for me and it is very thin and not too heavy.

Very noisy ventilation from the first minute also if it is cold in my room. It starts every 20 seconds for about 1 minute and looks like a plane getting ready to fly. It works also if the pc is doing nothing. I had to return after 4 minutes of using it. It looks like a common problem of this model of pc (I purchased an Acer Swift 3 last year and it is amazing). Design really nice, very good screen quality and it should be pretty fast.

so i did my homework settled on this laptop based on features that i needed and other reviews.

I love nearly everything about this laptop but would have returned it in a heartbeat had I realized one significant flaw in time. Sadly I did not open the box for several weeks and now I am stuck with it. Shame on me.
