Product didn’t work. Windows 10 kept rebooting it’s self. Spent hours troubleshooting with Acer technical support and had to send back to acer company to get fixed. Didn’t receive the 8 gb of ram as advertised. Instead got 4gb

I bought this laptop just for light work, normal non-gaming activities. It works well, boots up and down pretty quickly and I was impressed by it. The screen quality is crisp and definitely a step up from my old laptop. It did give me a scare on my first day of using it as the darn laptop decided that it should only have a black screen but after much prayer and a reboot a day later it started working normally again and I havent had that issue ever since and its been about 2 months since.

Works great for simple gaming/normal use. Screen is good, and keyboard clicks satisfyingly!

A surprising laptop for the money! The build quality isnt MacBook-level, but for the $500 I paid, this machine feels like a lot more money. The chassis is aluminum and plastic but it has a premium look and feel. The i5/SSD combination in my model is very fast for 99% of the tasks I use it for. This isnt for gaming and with its integrated Intel graphics, it isnt going to run Fortnite but for web browsing and work tasks, its more than enough. The SSD is only 256GB but everythings in the cloud, so capacity isnt an issue. The display is fairly bright and sharp and the keyboard is intuitive and relatively quiet. The trackpad can be a little finicky but I think Ill get used to it. All in all, this is a lot of laptop for the money and Im very happy.
