> 24 hourThis is our second Bao Bao book and we love it! My 17 mo old son takes the first one with him for all naps, and uses it to self soothe when he wakes in the morning. The songs are sweet and calming, as are the illustrations. It has multiple volume settings and it’s not too noisy. We have no Chinese heritage ourselves but received this as a gift for general language exposure, which is something we’d love to cultivate, and this book is helping expose our son (and us!) to new language skills while also serving as a soothing audio companion for him. I’m already learning the words to the songs, as is my son! :) highly recommended and glad these books are available!

> 24 hourI feel like I am being ripped off for wanting to expose my child to Chinese culture. Its hard to find good chinese board books.. and the ones on the market are pretty expensive. $20+ for 6 songs that are like 20 seconds long. The quality of the book is fine (better be at this price!) Content is fine, not great because some of the translated songs are slightly awkward grammatically. To me, its really not worth the price, but my L.O. enjoyed most of the songs and it was a bedtime favorite for a little while.

> 24 hourOur baby has been enjoying this book since 6mo and still loves it at 16mo. As a bilingual household, we were eager to find ways for our baby to be exposed to mandarin. This book was a great solution to that. Our baby loved to flip the sturdy pages and listen to the music. And now that shes older, she proactively goes to grab the book and pushes the music buttons on herself. We have both mandarin Bao Bao books and gift this to friends.

> 24 hourOr friends baby has this book and when my 18 month old heard it, he feel in love! They gifted him his own copies of these sing books and hes been timing to these songs everyday for a month now. He finds and pulls them of the shelf then claps and giggles when the music comes on :) The books are made well, perfect size for a little toddler, good sound quality, can turn off volume and adjust btwn low and high volume, easy to turn pages... added benefit of teaching me mandarin too (Im cantonese). Hoping for a cantonese version soon too! Thank you for these wonderful books!

> 24 hourTotally worth the price! We have both books in the series and my kids love listening to the songs over and over. The buttons are easy enough to press that my 1 year old can do it on her own, and the songs are a good duration, not too long and not too short. I love that there’s a mix of popular English and Chinese songs. So now when my kids start to sing “I’m a Little Teapot” in English, we can sing it through once in English and once in Chinese. They love dancing to the “If You’re Happy and You Know It” song also. We mostly keep the books in the car and it’s kept them entertained for countless car rides.

> 24 hourIm SO happy there is a second book following the first one as my son loves playing each song repeatedly and dancing to the music! Its great to have Chinese versions of the English nursery rhymes for the grand parents to sing to and reinforcing Chinese nursery rhymes with english translation for the adults! The books are durable and easy to flip through, perfect for toddlers. We are super happy and cant have enough of these two books! <3
