Greater than one weekMy son loved it just as much as the 1st volume. He has chewed and dropped it quite a bit already however it still holds up well.

> 3 dayOur 10 month baby loves the original red one so it was a no brainer to buy this one when it came out! He started walking a few weeks ago and he’ll come press a button to play a song and go off to play and will toddle back periodically to start a new song. He treats it like his music player. Now he’s got two!

> 3 dayThis was an automatic buy for us after we all loved the first one so much and it hasnt disappointed! Love the mix of traditional Western and Chinese childrens songs, which is helpful for a bilingual family where some caregivers only speak English but can still sing along and not feel left out. The translations to Chinese lyrics are quite well done, too. Best of all, the volume is manageable and the singing is good music, so much better than your typical annoying noise-making kids toy. Its only been a day since I introduced it and my almost 3 year old son (normally a bit more hesitant to speak Chinese than English) is already picking up some of these songs to sing in Chinese.

> 3 dayMy daughter LOVES these books!! She’s only 10 months old but the music is so nice that she likes to dance along. It’s super easy for me to follow along as well as the words are in English, pinyin and traditional Chinese writing ( I can’t read that but my husband can lol). We own the red version of this book too and that one is easier if you’re just starting off. This one is a bit more advanced it seems.
